• GEORGIA (7/5): - Clean, very quiet and cozy apartment. Very comfortable beds and pillows, blankets and sheets freshly washed smelled really nice from the softener! Very hot water all the time. The communication with the owner was poor. The heater was not functioning, which was necessary especially for the bathroom. One problem was the bathroom: There is no shower, you have to shower on the floor and the washbasin is tiny so you can't wash your face without spilling water everywhere. And there were only 1 big towel for each person. Also there were some shortages, for example we had to buy toilet and kitchen paper, as well as salt and pepper, and there weren't sufficient cooking utensils.
• Radostina (9/5): Отлична почивка. - Местоположение в близост до необходимото. Тиха и спокойна локация. Лесен достъп. Няма нещо, което да не ми хареса. Можи би само препоръка - по възможност микровълнова печка към кухненско оборудване.

• Назан (5/5): Хубав апартамент, но лош персонал - Уютен апартамент, чисто и приятно, но доста напарфюмирано. Хора с астма или чувствителни дихателни пътища биха имали проблем. Иначе има всички удобства в апартамента. На първо място не ми хареса отношението на персонала. Не бяха изпратили указанията по самонастаняване като съобщение в приложeнието на booking, в резултат на което си беше драма. Звъня се на персонала, който се държа изключително троснато и арогантно. Все пак изпратиха след разговора информацията и магията се случи. И второто нещо, което не ми допадна беше, че пише, че има паркинг, а то реално няма. Спира се, където ти падне и то ако има свободни места в междублоковото пространство някъде. Или в съседния квартал. Но отделен специален паркинг НЯМА! А в обявата беше отбелязано, че има! Не подвеждайте хората. В заключение- може да е чисто и да има удобства в апартамента, но поради лошото държание на персонала и подвеждащата информация, не съм сигурна, че ще посетим отново...пък и при наличието на такава конкуренция. Такова държание е недопустимо. Все пак им пожелаваме успех!

• Maria (9/5): - удобное расположение, близко к моллу, остановка была тоже недалеко, кровать была широкой и удобной душ, как и принято в Болгарии, был неудобен и туалет так же был уже староват, но мы там были всего одну ночь, так что не ощутили больших неудобств

• Bilyana (9/5): No meu caso, serviu - A localização era muito perto do aeroporto, foi fácil de encontrar e também foi fácil estacionar. Não tivemos qualquer problema com o estacionamento. A casa de banho não estava muito limpa. Os azulejos na parte de baixo estavam com bolor, por isso podia estar melhor higienizada. De resto, a casa de banho era exatamente como aparecia nas fotos do site, apenas precisava de estar um pouco mais limpa. Também não gostei dos lençóis e as toalha que estavam no armário: cheiravam a tabaco, o que não foi nada agradável.

I was disappointed by the location, and finding the room was very difficult/confusing I was very disappointed with several aspects. The location was poor, and simply finding the room was a struggle due to bad signage. Despite the description promising parking, there was no space available. Worst of all was the bathroom; it was unacceptable. The shower design caused the whole bathroom to flood every time it was used, and basic amenities like soap were missing.
• Анита (9/5): - Добра локация близо до the mall. Има безплатен паркинг. Лесно се намира, добра комуникация. Чаршафите миришеха на чисто. Стаята беше комфортна и уютна. Тоалетните имат нужда от повече почистване, но за кратък престой и цена е повече от перфектно!

• Marija (1/5): Shady, dirty place - Nothing. Shady place Very dirty, cleaned superficially. It is basically a street level glass window store that someone decided to rent as a studio. Mud and dirt all over the neighbourhood, terrible parking. You leave your car and hope to find it! There is no transport option nearby, nothing. Very shady surroundings, would never recomend this place to anyone ever.

• Slavov (7/5): Large and mostly comfy, with room for improvement - Spacious rooms, good and versatile equipment - large fridge, stove with furnace, dimmable LED lights with remotes, powerful dual (heat/cool) AC unit and a space heater. Beds and bedding are comfortable. Overall, you get great value for the rate. Lots of pictures on the walls, evident efforts to create a good environment. Bathroom facilities are very basic. The bathroom sink is very small and jammed in the corner. Parking is street-only (if you can find it), and there is a lot of construction in the immediate area. Streets leading to it are narrow, and getting there is complicated by the address not showing on Google Maps

• Farkas (10/5): Gost koji je SE bavi iznajmljivanjem apartmana. - Custo,mirisno,udobno.Parking blizu,trzni centar blizu,kraj miran I metroom brzo SE dodje do centra. Kupatilo nije bas najbolje jer je umivaonik Mali I nezgodan za upotrebu,WC skoljka nije odvojena paravanom pa SE I ona skupa SA vratima tusira SA nama.Posteljina je lijepa Ali doni carsav nije na lastiku pa bjezi SA duseka.Gazda mora da posalje poruku I da kaze ako vam je nesto potrebno Ili imate problem Tu Sam za vas.

• Velin (7/5): Добре, че бяхме за малко - Усещаше се миризма на цигари. Банята не беше особено чиста, като цяло сякаш почистването след последните гости, преди ние да се настаним, е претупано на две на три. Няма да повторим със сигурност.

• ibrahim (4/5): Bir kez daha gelmem. - AVM'ye çok yakın. Dükkandan bozma bir yer. Zemin katta. Akşam 22:00 gibi kapımı birileri zorladı. Her ne kadar Kapısı demir ve pencerelerinde korumalıkta olsa, sanki sokakta yatıyor gibisiniz. Yatak çarşafları ve bırakılan havlu temiz gibi durmuyor ama mecburen kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Son olarak, evde kaynağını bulamadığım rahatsız edici seviyede tiner kokusu vardı.

• Ruslana (1/5): - Безплатно място за паркиране в близост. Мебелите все още са нови и запазени. Не миришеше лошо, въпреки разположението си и непроветривата баня. Студиото е на приземен етаж и имаш чувството, че влизаш в гараж, който се оказва апартамент. В съседства има друго подобно място и сякаш стената между тях не съществуваше. През цялата нощ се чуваха шумните съседи. Пердето пък пропуска светлината от уличното осветление. Изобщо не успяхме да спим. Банята няма никакво проветрение (няма вентилатор, нито прозорец) и има мухъл. Мивката в банята е изключително малка и е трудно да си измиеш зъбите там. Чаршафите са от синтетична материя.

• Venesa (7/5): Good - That was iron, hairdryer, soap,fairy, pan, oven and etc. good place to cook for yourself. all the time you can hear everything from outside and i dont like the shower that is the same with toilet and then is wet floors I dont like go to the toilet aswell stink in bathroom is very small.

The situation of the apartment at a ground floor with locking frame raised security concerns. Better be stated clearly at the offer and customers decide if this is ok for them.
