• Leeann (9/5): Luxury apartments, with a spectacular view. Great BBQ area and we seen whales from veranda. - The view was stunning, bubbles on arrival where nice. So many pantry items that were super helpful on our trip. Roof in bathroom needs cleaning, otherwise couldn’t fault the place.

We were disappointed with the lack of attention to detail for such a beautiful apartment. The instructions for check in/out and wifi etc were very hard to find. The kitchen needs a good scrub, very greasy above and around the range hood and for this price point we expected nice beauty products etc in the bathrooms. The ensuite shower head won’t stay up, the shower gel was hand gel and the body moisturiser was a tiny tube that was already opened and half used? Also the pillows were woefully inadequate - way too soft. Spending a little more time, effort and money on preparing this apartment to match its location and furniture would go a long way…

• Leila (9/5): Excellent location on Home/Cylinder beach, within the Stradbroke Island Beach Hotel complex. - This apartment is located at the Stradbroke Island Beach hotel and has a fantastic outlook over the beach. You can access both Home Beach and Cylinder Beach within 2 min from the Hotel carpark. The apartment and balcony is beautiful and the kitchen has all the appliances you will need for cooking (if you want to). Dolphin Accomodation were very helpful and were able to give us an extra key for our group of 4 so we could explore separately. You need the key to get out of the property or go anywhere. We loved staying at Waves 9 and next time we’ll stay longer! Nothing

• Michael (10/5): If I was going to buy one of the stays during my recent Queensland trip, I would buy this one. - We enjoyed a 2 week trip through Queensland's main hot spots and Waves Unit 9 was on the list. If I was going to buy one of the accommodations I stayed in during the trip, I would buy this one. Take in the sunset from your balcony before floating off to sleep with the sound of waves lapping at the shore. Go for a stroll to the local beach, or a longer trek to one of the nearby tourist spots. Generously sized apartment easily catered our family of 5. Chefs will be pleased with the kitchen being really well appointed with almost too much cookware. But, if all else fails, you are just 1 minute from the North Stradbroke Hotel. Don't miss the nearby North Gorge walking track, it is breathtaking. Not much,
