- Sladana (7/5): Un appartement partagé dans Naples - Nous avons aimé la possibilité de déposer les valises avant le check-in et après le départ. La chambre était petite mais propre. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Vittorio. L’hôtel est un appartement dans un immeuble ancien. Cet appartement est constitué de plusieurs chambres avec une entrée partagée faisant office de réception, salle de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas celui d’un hôtel comme on peut l’imaginer cf photos. L’appartement est à 8-10 min de marche d’une gare et d’un métro, mais il est loin de la gare centrale où vous déposes la navette de l’aéroport ou du port pour les ferrys et les excursions. L’appartement est dans le centre mais le centre de Naples est très grand donc en fonction de vos priorités l’emplacement peut être éloigné. Naples est une ville bruyante et la rue de cet appartement est bruyante avec des klaxonnes du matins au soir. Comme on est dans un appartement, le bruit des chambres mitoyennes est comme dans un appartement.

- NORBERTO (1/5): Me robaron la moto - La ubicación Lamentablemente tuve una horrible experiencia. Alquilé una moto BMW en Barcelona y llegando al hotel Duomo de Nápoles, pregunté x parking y Victor, el anfitrión, diciéndome que era un lugar seguro, en la calle, frente al hotel, donde estacionan las motos,me hizo estacionar allí. A la mañana siguiente la moto no estaba, y hasta el momento nunca apareció. Nunca sabré, si estuvo el hotel involucrado o no. Me arruinaron el viaje. Y la pérdida fue tremenda. Increíblemente lo tomaron con mucha naturalidad. Mafia.

- Sarah (8/5): Fijn centraal gelegen hotel - Goede centrale ligging. Mooie kamer met airco. Basic maar lekker ontbijt. Prijs-kwaliteit een aanrader. Aan de buitenkant zie je niet dat het een hotel is (geen bord). Het hotel is gelegen in een appartementsgebouw. We moesten even zoeken..Er kwam niet zo veel water uit de douche.

The walls were super thin, so you heard when the people in the next room watched TV or brushed their teeth. Also, the suggestion map that was given to us was printed on someone's passport copy. Which should be information that should be kept private. I understand this might be to save paper, but maybe there are less private/important papers to be used for that.

The outside of the building looked nothing like a hotel, and it was not clear how to gain access. We were fortunate that a couple leaving as we arrived helped us navigate accessing the building and finding the "hotel." Originally, we had planned to take a ferry from Sorrento to Naples, arriving at 6 p.m. I have no idea how we would have managed, given the sole attendant who checked us in left no later than 5 p.m. The neighborhood seemed really sketchy. It didn't appear safe to walk in after dark. Naples was rough and dirty. Graffiti blanketed the entire historic district. It was off-putting and didn't make us want to return.

- Annamaria (10/5): Sentirsi a casa a Napoli - Ci è piaciuto tutto! siamo stati accolti da Claudia che con cortesia professionalità e grande disponibilità ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, anche con consigli su come muoverci e cosa visitare ! la struttura è al terzo piano con ascensore di un tipico palazzo napoletano nella bella e tranquilla Via Duomo a due passi dal Duomo, da via dei Tribunali e Spaccanapoli ed è raggiungibile facilmente in metro dalla stazione centrale. Tutto è nuovo e ben tenuto; stanza ampia e pulitissima con soffitti alti; bagno molto spazioso con grande doccia; asciugamani sufficienti per tutti gli occupanti ; phon di quelli veri (!) letti molto comodi. al check in è possibile scegliere i prodotti da forno per la colazione del giorno dopo , così come anche i cappuccini (anche con latte di soia), tutto servito caldo all'ora che viene indicata; ad arricchire le scelte un piccolo e ben fornito corner colazione con poco d tutto (indice di qualità e freschezza a mio avviso) sia dolce che salato con frutta fresca e yogurt senza lattosio. Vi abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte ma sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Consigliatissimo. nulla

- Mariam (2/5): Médiocre - Le seul point positif que nous retenons est la situation de l’hôtel, qui est bien placé et permet d’accéder facilement aux principaux centres d’intérêt de la ville. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu du mal à trouver l’établissement. Aucune plaque ni signalisation ne permet de l’identifier : seulement une sonnette banale, comme dans un immeuble résidentiel. Pour un hôtel, c’est très déroutant. La première impression a été encore plus négative en découvrant les poubelles devant l’entrée et une forte humidité dans les parties communes. L’accès est également compliqué par des procédures peu pratiques, notamment l’utilisation de l’ascenseur et la gestion de plusieurs clés. La réception n’a rien d’un vrai espace d’accueil : elle fait office de salle à manger et de salon, avec une vue directe sur les tables et les couverts. Le réceptionniste (ou hôte) nous a accueillis poliment, mais nous ne l’avons pratiquement jamais revu. La seule interaction quotidienne avait lieu au petit-déjeuner, avec une phrase répétée : « Vous prenez quoi demain au petit-déjeuner ? ». En dehors de cela, aucune présence réelle, même si une disponibilité téléphonique est proposée. Le petit-déjeuner, justement, était une grande déception. Présenté comme un buffet, il s’est révélé limité et de qualité moyenne : jus artificiels, produits peu frais, choix restreint. Le système est contraignant, puisqu’il faut chaque jour remplir un papier indiquant ce que l’on souhaite manger le lendemain. Les horaires sont très restrictifs (7h30-9h30). En vacances, devoir se lever tôt uniquement pour ne pas rater le petit-déjeuner est frustrant. Et si l’on coche 9h30, cela signifie en réalité qu’il faut venir avant, car à 9h30 tout est déjà débarrassé. Nous avons également reçu un message de l’établissement nous accusant d’avoir laissé la porte de l’ascenseur ouverte, ce qui était totalement faux. Malgré notre contestation, aucune excuse ne nous a été présentée. Une telle attitude donne un sentiment d’accusation injuste, qui n’a fait qu’ajouter à notre inconfort.

Propietario e staff molto gentili e disponibili alle varie esigenze, oltre che attenti ai dettagli. La camera è nuova/ristrutturata, quindi dotata di tutti i comfort. Se volessimo trovare un difetto, la mancanza di un vero armadio. Comunque ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ogólnie polecam Trochę stresujący dojazd. Strefą ZTL ( ale od 17 do 9 można podjechać zostawić/ odebrać bagaże ).warto to sprawdzić przed przyjazdem.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make recommendations for sightseeing/ restaurants. The decor etc is pretty basic, which was fine for us as we only stayed 1 night before our flight.
- Marc (7/5): Verblijf was okay - Het contact met de host verliep via Whatsapp wat de communicatie erg efficiënt maakte. Bij aankomst volgde een zeer uitgebreide uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden en de restaurantjes in de omgeving. Jammer dat hij zijn buren vergat de benoemen. Hier hebben wij twee dagen op rij erg goed gegeten. De kamer was schoon, klein maar voorzien van airco, koelkastje, douche, toilet en bidet. Deze accommodatie is vooral geschikt voor reizigers die niet teveel eisen aan comfort of ontbijt stellen want, in tegenstelling tot wat ik lees, viel het ons een beetje tegen. Het ontbijt is zeer basic en alle dagen exact hetzelfde. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk maar ogen verveeld en tonen weinig tot geen initiatief (zeker niet proactief) Wij hebben er zelf niet om gevraagd maar een tweede kop koffie wordt niet standaard aangeboden bij het ontbijt. Iets dat je wel zou mogen verwachten als je ontbijt serveert en er toch loopt. Kort en goed. Prima verblijf voor de reiziger met gelimiteerde wensen en eisen

- Fernando (7/5): - La amabilidad de Vittorio y la rapidez del check in. La habitación está bien, al igual que el.baño. La relación calidad precio. Se trata de un hostal. La entrada no es nada vistosa, aunque es cierto.que en la actualidad es usual esa clase de entradas. Edificio muy antiguo, con ascensor también viejo, pero al menos tiene.

Colazione varia, con brioches calde ogni mattina frutta fresca e yogurt. Struttura di relax . Nulla! Tutto perfetto!

- Raoul (10/5): Great location. Great walking distance to shopping and restaurants! - Excellent location. Cool old house with an elevator right out of the movies. Huge old school massive front door - door within a door - and excellent AC in the room. Super clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, too. Super friendly and very helpful staff. Arranged parking and notified us immediately of an item left behind. If you are driving don’t trust google maps, it sent us through some unnecessarily narrow roads. Go the long way and stay away from the narrow roads.
