• Bodb (3/5): Vétuste et sale - Emplacement. Assez grand. Vétuste et sale. Équipement complètement cassé.
• Bodb (4/5): Très vieux et pas très propre - Emplacement plutôt bien, grande chambre. J'ai eu la chambre au dessus du restaurant, elle vraiment vieille, pas entretenue et elle sent très très mauvais. Ménage très sommaire. Que ça soit vieux n'est pas forcément gênant mais il faut entretenir mieux que ça et nettoyer.
• Bodb (3/5): Décevant, sale et vieillot - Emplacement. Je suis un client régulier et j'ai été assez déçu. L'hôtel n'était pas plein, je souhaitais une chambre pour quelques heures avant mon avion. J'ai payé le prix fort pour une chambre sale, le canapé est en morceaux, le frigo vraiment sale, je sol collant. Un vrai manque de respect pour les clients.

• Nenad (9/5): Great value, great neighbourhood, private and quiet. - Great location in a lively neighbourhood. Everything is nearby including a sev. Room was spacious and private. A kettle would have been nice.
• Chris (9/5): Superb - Like always when I go there all good. Tiles on the corridors are loose and easy to fix. This seems not to bother the owner. It is quite dangerous and the noise walking on them is annoying. Should be repaired. Always a strong smell of cannabis smoke in the corridors. Very annoying too.
• Chris (8/5): Very good - Great location near eateries, 7/11, entertainment and transport. Qiet area. Comfortable big size bed in a big room with balcony. Not great view from it but large and covered. Ideal to sit on and always in the shade. Rain proof too. Good air and silent air conditioning. Excellent full power 5G WiFi. I always travel with my streaming box could use it without restriction. Very easy check in and out. Free parking was provided. Good value for the money. Rooms are both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Can smell of old smoke but air freshener was provided what helped a bit. There is only a cleaning staff in the building and no control of guest behavior. Some guest were smoking cannabis heavily and the whole building was smelling for the full day. Disgusting smell for a non smoker and very annoying.

• Winston (10/5): Exceptional - Great spot - extending my stay. Big room, balcony could fit 6-8 if needed. Nice Thai aesthetic. Nothing overly fancy, but no issues with anything working either, no bugs or anything, just a very relaxed place nice to stay in. Staff was good. Nice price. Could update the locks on the door or provide room safe. Otherwise no meaningful complaints.

During the day there is an electric device working outside the room, it makes a terrible noise. The furniture is very old. In other rooms there are some women, who bring their guests upstairs during the whole night and they are noisy.
• Adriano (7/5): Naree place on soi 4 - In real at not slept on this hotel but another one nearby that the owner of Swan 2 bring me ,the place is Naree suites, the room was nice and clean, not too big ma ok, good bed and soft towels, the owner was very gentle .. Everything was nice .......

I've been to many basic guesthouses and hostels, I'm completely fine with basic accommodations, but this was not an accommodation, this was a nightmare. Terrible experience. I wish I hadn't stayed here. The bed bugs and the cockroaches were the least of my problems here. From beginning to end, a disaster. Before arrival I asked if I could arrive between 9pm - 10pm, their listing says they have 24hr reception, but I got no response at all from them. I asked twice, they never replied. When I arrived with my bags at 9pm, the door was closed and locked, nobody inside, there is no reception at all. No bell to ring, no way to communicate with them. I try to call, no answer. I go to the hostel next door, a very kind man tells me to go to the restaurant next door, says they are the same owners. There, a woman tells me that they made a mistake and they have no room for me for the first night. She says she has arranged a room for me for the first night in another guesthouse, she tells me where to go and I go ahead: I have no words to describe this place. Saying it was disgusting and dirty would be too kind. The hall is full of dodgy people just hanging out and cockroaches in the corners, so my immediate reaction is to get out of there immediately, but I'm exhausted, carrying all my bags, after a long flight, so I make the terrible decision to stay the night. Everything was dirty, the bed was disgusting and the shower and toilet, undescribable. Next morning I move to the Swan Inn, and the lady who runs it says they give me a 200b discount because my new room doesn't have a balcony. I explain that I don't mind that, but that I'm not willing to pay 750 for each of the nights, because the first night stay was not worth it. I explain how dirty everything was at the other place, she doesn't care and demands it. The actual Swan Inn is not so much better than the first place. There are bed bugs and I got bitten.
• Anastasia (1/5): the most disgusting hotel - nothing, everything was awful hotel is located in a red light district, prostitutes are everywhere , they live even in this hotel, I am wondering if they bring their clients there as well. the room is disgusting, and it’s a smoker room. no hot water, towels are dirty, the air conditioner is very loud. I would have left this place immediately but it was nearly 1 am and I was to tired to go to a different hotel.
