• Max (2/5): Unpleasant stay, especially considering the price for the short stay. - The employees were friendly The airflow was bad. The room wasn’t clean and there were insects in the bathroom.
• Alessia (3/5): - La posizione era molto buona e comoda, e lo staff molto gentile ci aveva dato info sui posti da visitare. La camera faceva pietá, se provavi a fare la doccia si bagnava il water, il porta carta igienica e tutto il resto del bagno, facendo arrivare l’acqua fino alla zona del letto. Se ci fosse stato qualche problema non avremmo saputo chi chiamare dal momento che in reception non c’è nessuno e infatti anche il check-in si fa da soli. La camera era piccolissima ma soprattutto era molto sporca. Per fortuna abbiamo dormito lì solamente una notte.

• Osman (9/5): - Covenience for a short stay to rest. Mainly like the location. The checking in was a hassle we need to call the person in charge who was not at the building to come and assist. So thts the only issue. The self check in part got some technical issues.

• Colin and Julie (8/5): Did the job we want perfectly ie a few hours sleep and a shower - Was just for a quick overnight stay. Room was small but we expected that. Bed very comfortable. Shower and toilet fine. Location great close to everything and man that helped us book in was lovely. Bonus was that you could go up to top floor kitchen in the morning to fill up waterbottles. Was worried noise would keep us awake but was fine as was air conditioning. A little grubby on the groating round the shower but fine for one night.

Too high tech for only the savvy, Bluetooth locks which will lead to issues on operations with guests locking themselves. Too many apps and tech requirements and when travelling, it’s tedious and inconvenient. Small tight rooms, ill conceived and impractical

• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst experience ever ! - so far the worst room I've ever stayed in my life. very small like match box, having a weird smell in the corridor and the room (somehow get use it in minutes but after spending 5 mins outside and come back in you'll notice again), no window, 7am staff starts working cleaning with noise, and really unluckily it was coincided with US superstar's concert so the hotel price was more than 5 star hotels in UK, UAE, Thailand etc.

We got in at nearly midnight and really just wanted to go to the room so we could sleep the few hours until our early morning flight but you can’t simply check in like at every other hotel I’ve ever been to; you need to download an app and set up an account, take multiple pictures of yourself and your passport. I felt like we were applying for FBI clearance not checking into a miniature hotel room. It was a terrible ordeal and I wouldn’t stay again.

• Jay (2/5): To much of a hassle for a short stay - I got there a bit early and I’m sure the room was ready but there was no way I was going to be allowed to check in till exactly the time. The hassle of having to connect to there wifi. Download there app, Allow location access to app, allow Bluetooth access to app and fill out all the info in the app was annoying when you just want to get in the room and sleep. Time was limited as it was. And then they also take $50 off my card incase I do something bad to the room. Throughout my 3 weeks in SE Asia no other place did this as they all had my card details available through booking.com anyway if i did something wrong with the room. For less then an 8 hour stay the hassle of it all was not worth it for the price… would choose to stay elsewhere next time

• Eleanor (1/5): Bad - It’s the hospitality of the reception. We didn’t like the way the girl on duty treated us. We came early around 938pm and we requested if we can check in early. She said yes but with a fee. We said no it’s okay to just wait for our time. She said if you will wait pls go outside and come back at 11pm. Then i said, we have nowhere to go because it already nighttime and need to rest so we pleaded if we will allow to stay in the couch receiving area. She replied “you leave me with no choice”. She is rude and impolite. She said the room is ready for us but with a fee. For a good customer service that 1-hr can be given as a hospitality. She also said that the booking is only for short stay and could not compare to other hotel because the property is defined for short time and for “FUN”. how come booking.com is allowing that property be listed if it’s not for tourist on vacation?

• Robert (7/5): Good - This place w convenient to the activities I had planned for the following morning - that's all. When I say it met expectations - my expectations were not very high. I arrived as an old man was waiting for an ambulance in the lobby with a suspected heart attack. The 'luggage storage' when I checked out was simply leaving it sitting in the lobby with "don't worry I'm not going anywhere" from the front desk dude. The A/C in the (windowless) room was so noisy that it disturbed my sleep but I couldn't turn it off... BUTI paid for a room from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am and it certainly gave me that.

• Kok (4/5): Wont return under same conditions offered to guests - Over-rated room with tiny moth sewer flies. No window. Toilet exhaust fan not working. No fresh air stuff guest with pungent insect spray like smell. Not suitable for business travellers as the short few hours from 11pm (too late) to 7am literally leaving guest with less than preferred rest hour. Hopefully just my room but for such conditions other budget hotel (81/Ibis) around the same area would fair better more value for money considering room size, facility and stay duration offerred. Btw international travellers there’s no beach around hotel. Don’t be misled by its name. Good luck

• Kitti (6/5): Passable for a night but choose better accommodation for longer stay. - The receptionist was very helpful within the check in process. The kitchen facilities was a bonus. WiFi was worked for us well. Extremely small room, no space for luggages. Shower was not nice and the drain hole was smelled bad. The bed sheets was stained and few holes everywhere. No window. Location: back of the building the restaurants keep them bins, expect smell and rats running around outside back of the hotel.

• Ana (8/5): Budgeted hotel for the layover transit on singapore. - The personnel during our stay is accomodating and easy to deal with. The room are clean and neat and location are easy to find. 45mins away from airport through MRT, 2-6 mins walk from Bugis MRT station to hotel. Location is also walking distance (16min) to merlion park.
