- Thomas (9/5): A great place to stay while visiting Shinjuku! - It had everything one would need for a pleasant stay! The television was not used because there were no English-speaking channels.
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Uppy (5/5): Okay for a couple of days, but not comfortable for longer than that - good size room for Tokyo, good location just north of Shinjuku, close to lots of good food and shops. It has a washing machine, stove top, fridge and microwave if you needed that. very basic furniture and amenities, bathroom very small with no shower curtain and no bidet on toilet (which is the norm in Japan). The room had a damp bad smell, maybe from the aircon filter not being cleaned or the room not being aired out. It was very hot without the aircon on and the window open if you didn’t want the smell. Bedside table was cheap and broken. Had a washing machine but nowhere to dry your clothes.
- Brodie (3/5): Poor - Comfortable bed and great location, only one stop from Shinjuku station. Unfortunately when we arrived the apartment had a very damp/mouldy smell which did not resolve for our entire stay, even with the de-humidifier running, the air-con on and windows open to air it out. There was mould on the sliding doors, power cords, walls and appeared to be on the main light shade as well. The bathroom was not clean and there was a constant leak which meant the bathroom floor was constantly wet. The bed duvet was very small, barely big enough to cover the top of the bed (the bed itself was comfortable but the duvet was not appropriately sized for 2 people). We only stayed 2 nights, had we have planned for longer we would have rebooked somewhere else. Very disappointed with this stay, especially since previous reviews indicate others have not had this same experience.
- Jeanne (6/5): Convenient location but average - The accommodation has a washing machine, fridge and aircon and the bed was super comfortable. It was also on the quieter side of town but within walking distance of the station. Not too far from convenience stores as well which was great. We stayed for 5 nights and were given 1 towel each, iaskwd for extra towels prior to arrival but unfortunately didn’t receive any extra. Because it was raining most days we couldn’t wash the towels and hang it outside to dry, there is no dryer.
The bathroom is tiny and the pipes of the basin was leaking so the bathroom floor was constantly wet.
The bed is up against the wall so there’s only one bedside table.
- James (8/5): If you just want somewhere to maximise your time to explore Tokyo this place is perfect - The location was amazing and it was the perfect springboard to explore Tokyo It was very cramped, I am nearly 2 metres and it was difficult in there.
- Catherine (7/5): This apartment is small but in a quiet location and convenient to shinjunku station. - Washing machine, quiet location, clear instructions, Maybe could have been a little more visitor friendly for non Japanese speaking tourists. Need to use Google translate for appliances/aircon/etc.
- Leighton (7/5): Decent location, but no toilet paper or bidet??? - Decent location. Like half a roll of toilet paper and no bidet. It's Japan. How is there no bidet? We had to buy our own toilet paper. Size of room small for the cost. AC remote didn't work.
- Fara (7/5): Decent stay near Okubo station. - The room has some spaces.clean.easy to check in.opposite elevator, so easy to drag your luggage. The induction cooker are actually not working.hard to hang washed clothes outside. The area need a bit of walking to train Okubo station.
- Piet (9/5): Great stay in a wonderfull place. - Complete and tidy accomodation in a great part of Tokio. Very close to Okubo station, and its only a short walk to the interesting parts of Shinjuku, Gojira, etc.
- Chakrabarty (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a great location and supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Tokyo. Good size for a couple; didn't feel cramped.
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cooper (10/5): Exceptional - location was very good only a short walk to a few stations and about 10 minutes to shinjuku station
