Seguro y tranquilo. - Ubicacion y seguridad En las fotos parece que la terraza fuera una parte privada del departamento, y en realidad es la terraza compartida del edificio. Personalmente escogí este departamento (y no otro que tenia como opción) solo por esta terraza. Igual tiene un buen balcón, pero las fotos son un poquito confusas

Y a 5 cuadras de Puerto Madero. Excelente vista,.desde su terraza se aprecia el Río . Todo muy cómodo, la.ducha espectacular Y el dueño super atento y amable. Nos estaba esperando para ingresar y nos indico todo. Muy recomendable.
