Everything seemed like it was recently renovated so everything seemed brand new. The view we got from the room was breathtaking. The entry of the place seemed a little sketchy and old, but once we got to our room everything was beautiful!

• Heike (9/5): Tolles Hotel in Cannaregio - Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit zum Vaparetto und mitten in Cannaregio, einem sehr schönen, belebten Viertel. Das ist nur eine momentane Situation : im Hotel wird renoviert und wir hatten das einzige fertige Zimmer auf der Etage. Also um uns rum Baustelle. Aber wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und abends war es super ruhig.

• Adriano (10/5): Bellissimo - Posizione dell' hotel molto comoda: poco distante sia dalla stazione di Santa Lucia che dalle principali attrazioni della città. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera migliore di quella prenotata (una junior suite) senza costi aggiuntivi. La camera era molto spaziosa, dotata anche di un divanetto e di un mini frigo con una bottiglia di acqua naturale. C'era anche un bollitore con tazze e del tè in bustina e una macchinetta del caffè con tazzine e un paio di cialde. Il nostro bagno era dotato di vasca e forniscono anche prodotti da bagno (saponetta, shampoo, cuffia per doccia, sapone intimo, kit di bellezza con lima) e pantofole. La colazione offre diverse varietà di cibo e bevande, può davvero soddisfare le esigenze di chiunque. Lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e vi è la possibilità di lasciare i propri bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out. Assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno a Venezia.

Personnel très aimable et courtois. Petit déjeuner correct. Bon emplacement près du vaporetto vers l'aéroport. Idéal pour visiter les différents quartiers de Venise. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré tout comme la décoration de la salle commune. Mais c'est surtout pour améliorer car tout était parfait !

• Veroslava (9/5): - Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, besonders die Mitarbeiter:innen an der Rezeption. Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut, die Vaporetti Station ist nicht weit entfernt und man hat viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer und Bad sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Beim Frühstück ist für jede etwas dabei, auch vegetarische/ vegane Optionen sind verfügbar und auf Nachfrage gibt es auch glutenfreie Optionen. Tee, Kaffee, Kakao und Säfte und Wasser gibt es zum Trinken. Man kann auch nach dem auschecken das Gepäck an der Rezeption lassen, während man die Stadt vor der Abfahrt noch erkundigt.
• Jorge (6/5): - El personal amable Es un hotel antiguo, la habitación es pequeña, no tenia minibar y la tv era antiguísima. La manilla de la puerta del baño estaba mala y costaba mucho cerrar o abrir. Se sentía un ruido a ratos que parece venia desde el ducto del ascensor.
• Totescu (6/5): Vacanță stricată de lucrări și lipsă totală de profesionalism! - Personalul. Mai ales doamna Bucuria de la micul dejun, fetele de la curățenie și cele de la recepție din 1,2 și a 3-a zi Faptul că nu am fost avertizați încă din momentul rezervării că în hotel se desfășoară lucrări este inadmisibil. Două zile la rând am fost treziți la ora 7:30 de bubuituri puternice provocate de lucrările din camerele superioare. Când am reclamat situația după ce s-a întâmplat a doua oară, reacția recepționerei a fost complet nepotrivită: am fost mustrați că nu am anunțat din prima zi, pe motiv că „ei nu au de unde să știe ce fac muncitorii care lucrează în hotelul lor”. Este de neacceptat ca responsabilitatea să fie pasată către oaspeți, ca și cum noi am fi stabilit ora la care încep lucrările. Oamenii plătesc pentru o vacanță liniștită, nu pentru a fi treziți dimineața de zgomote de șantier.

• Kristiana (9/5): Beautiful, authentic and magical. - Breakfast was great. The larger room was beautiful. The smaller room was SMALLLLLL and also on the canal. It was great for my in-laws. But I am rather annoyed I had to pay extra for my larger room to be on the canal and I paid less for the other room because I specifically choose for it to not be on the canal but it was. It worked out but being the one paying the bill that bothered me.

• Katarzyna (5/5): Lokalizacja i obsługa ratuje hotel / The location and service are what save the hotel. - Idealna lokalizacja - baza wypadowa. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Perfect location - a great base. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel zdecydowanie potrzebuje remontu, zdjęcia bardzo mijają się ze stanem faktycznym. Śniadania monotonne, ciągle to samo. Jedynie słodkie przekąski warte polecenia. Pokój (komfort) - poplamione krzesła i lampka (stare plamy), pleśń pod prysznicem, strasznie ciasna łazienka. Zdecydowanie nie to co na zdjęciu. The hotel definitely needs renovation; the photos are very different from the actual room. The breakfast was monotonous, always the same. Only the sweet snacks are worth recommending. The room (comfort) - stained chairs and lamp (old stains), mold in the shower, and a terribly cramped bathroom. Definitely not what's in the photo.

• Steven (10/5): Venice December - It was a nice spot with a small restaurant square nearby plus on the road there from the train station, a public spot with more sweet treats. It was a clean area and near a taxi boat to get you to the other islands. It was great, no complaints.
• Wolfgang (9/5): Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit guter Anbindung an das Vaporetto (Haltestelle Ca'Doro). - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes neu renoviertes Zimmer. Unsere Freunde hatten jedoch noch ein unrenoviertes Zimmer, das nicht dem Standard unseres Zimmers entsprach. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliches Personal. Leider sind die Preise nach der Renovierung deutlich gestiegen!

Blisko do przystanku wodnej komunikacji blisko placu święto Marka ale jednocześnie położony z dala od zgiełku na małej ukrytej uliczce. Spędzałam tam Sylwestra i było cicho mimo ogromnej liczby osób na ulicach. Ogromny plus za taras na dachu z którego było świetnie widać sztuczne ognie o 24!!! Pokój na zdjęciach wyglądał trochę inaczej. Był położony na poziomie zero i był w nim dosyć specyficzny „mokry” zapach
