• Roman (10/5): Хорошее место - Хорошее место, есть парковка. В номере уютно, но не сказать, что просторно. Есть мини-посудомойка, мини духовка с плитой в дачном стиле. Аппартаменты находятся в старом здании изнутри смахивающее на замок с широкой лестницей - выглядит аутентично. С балкона хороший вид.
• Wai Hau (10/5): Cozy home away from home - Cozy house, superb and accomodating host who gives sound solution about storage of our bags as we arrived early. House location is central to bus station, supermarket, eatery outlets. The best bath we have had at this little house during our entire 2-week trip. The house comes with a verandah too. Nothing really.

• Róbert Zsolt (9/5): Nagyon jó, és rövid távra számunkra megfelelő volt. - A szállás nagyon jó, központi helyen található. A közeli patak/folyó, illetve park is könnyen megközelíthető. Az apartman kulcsának átvétele illetve annak kommunikációja nem volt teljesen zökkenőmentes. Nem volt egyértelmű, hogy az egyébként zárt parkolóban az apartman számára lefoglalt parkolóhely megjelölésén lesz a kulcsszéf. Ennek keresése éjjel, sötétben, nem volt a legjobb elfoglaltság kb. 600 km vezetés után.

• Nikola (8/5): - Čisté, útulné, hezká koupelna, hezký výhled. Složité byt nalézt, obzvláště za tmy s v dešti, nedostatečný popis. Hodil by se Netflix nebo jiná televizní platforma využitelná i pro cizince v případě deštivých dnů. Horší postel.
• Olga (9/5): - It was the second time that I stayed at this place. Excellent location, easy parking, comfortable room. Clear instructions how to enter. The key was left for me in the door. All what is needed for the self-catering. Useful Billa on the other side of the building. Two remarks: 1. The bedside lamp is needed. 2. The sockets are situated rather awkwardly. On the whole - thank you very much, I highly recommend the place and shall stay again) No bedside lamp and awkward location of sockets.

• Patricia (8/5): - Super Lage, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig. Balkon dabei. Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und nett. Keine Steckdose für Wasserkocher in Höhe der Anrichte. Keine kleine Lampe, damit es ein wenig gemütlicher ist. Sehr langsame Kochplatte.

• Luca Kata (9/5): Nagyon jó, csöndes szállás - A szállás nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el. A parkra és hegyekre néző szoba csendes, jól hangszigetelt. Az épület túl oldalán ott van a Billa, a környék könnyen felfedezhető. A parkolási rend megától érthetődő volt, számunkra nagyon megnyugtató volt, hogy a szobákhoz járt a parkoló, így biztos helyünk volt a sorompóval zárt parkolóban. A szoba jól fel volt szerelve mindennel, amire szükségünk volt. A bejutás kicsit nehezebben ment. Arról kaptunk tájékoztatást, hogy magát az épületet merre találjuk, de az épületbe való bejutásról nem volt már infónk. A másik ami egy pozitív negatívum, hogy van egy mini mosogatógép a fürdőben, de teljesen felesleges és az amúgy is pici konyhából csak a helyet foglalja.
• Marion (9/5): Gemütliche kleine FeWo - Klein und fein! Das einchecken hat wunderbar geklappt. Ich hab alles gefunden, was ich brauchte. Richtig kochen ist durch die kleine Küche eine Herausforderung, aber Frühstück und Essen aufwärmen funktioniert hervorragend! Sogar einen Balkon gab es!

• barbara (8/5): - Sehr sauber und hell. Gute Lage, wenn man im Zentrum von Bad Aussee zu tun hat. Perfekt mit großem Parkplatz. Übergabe unkompliziert und kontaktlos, Vermieter ist aber immer erreichbar gewesen! Mich hat es nicht gestört, möchte es aber erwähnen, da es Personen gibt, die nicht gut zu Fuss sind: App ist im 2. Stock ohne Lift. Allerdings breite, bequeme Treppe mit Handlauf.

• Selda (9/5): Alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert wenn man geringes Budget hat und trotzdem im Zentrum sein möchte, denn Bad Aussee ist - Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Sauberkeit Lage Gute Internetverbindung Ausstattung der Unterkunft (voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen E-Geräten, Badezimmer, Balkon mit Sitzgarnitur, Schlafzimmer mit Tisch und 2 bequemen Sesseln) Eingangsbereich und das Treppenhaus brauchen dringend eine Renovierung, der Bodenteppich hat schon viele Jahre hinter sich und passt zu der schönen alten Anlage gar nicht.
• Jana (9/5): - We stayed for one night and highly recommend both the host and the apartment. The location is excellent—close to shops, groceries, and perfect for a stroll through town (there's even a bookstore right next to the building!!). Everything was spotless, and the balcony with a great view was a highlight. Parking, a portable aircon, a lamp with warmth settings, and a small dishwasher made the stay even more convenient. Nevertheless, great option for a short visit or even a longer stay. The only thing which was not totally to our liking, was a very soft bed mattress.

• Ulrike (10/5): Perfektes langes Wochenende - Die zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz. Auf kleinstem Raum alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr zuvorkommendes unkompliziertes Personal. Toller Balkon. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
• Andreas (9/5): Wir würden wiederkommen. - Sehr gut erreichbare Wohnung. Alles vorhanden. Unkomplizierter Ablauf. Super Lage. Für uns auf der Durchreise ideal. Aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlenswert. Fahrräder konnten sicher eingestellt werden. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Herd-/Backofenkombi im Wohnzimmer finde ich unpraktisch. Da wäre eine Lösung in der Küche noch möglich.

Also own parking space. Although okay, apartment is in 2nd floor without a lift, if you have lots of luggage it might be a struggle
