Guest Reviews
- MahdiOo (2/5): Not really enjoyable and got scammed for something we haven’t done - Just view I didn’t like how everything was already broken and I kept had to report the problems and didn’t really enjoyed my stay as there was lots of damage to report otherwise they would’ve blamed us for it. The service was very bad and unorganised. They still charged me deposit for something we haven’t really done and blamed it on us imagine if I didn’t repot those previous damages already as they would’ve blamed me and charged me for it even more.
- Tessa (9/5): Excellent stay. - Very close to Marvel Stadium and city. Walking distance. Tram station to the city is right across the entrance to the property.
Excellent view of the city and the dock. You can see hot air balloons flying in the morning through the apartment windows. Nothing.

- Adam (9/5): Great location. Ease of access to public transport. Free parking. - Great location, plenty of space. Ease of access to public transport. Free parking. Great views over the city and docklands. Check-in was easy. Not all that many places to eat closeby. However, the nearby free tram made it easy to get into the city.
Airconditioner in the main bed room was a little noisy and sounding like it needs some maintenance. But it worked fine.
- Kelvin (10/5): stunning view, exceptional value -
- Millward (1/5): Absolute nightmare, stay away from this place unless you like stress. - The view is nice. The communication is the worst I have ever experienced. I was at the airport and had sent messages, emails and left voicemail begging for instructions on how to get into the property. It was well past 4pm and I was left wondering if I would have to book somewhere else. In the end I had to make a 10 minute international phone call to ask for the information and they said that sometimes Booking.com don’t send the messages- they managed to get the ones when we’re booking!?!. They have a bunch of rules that you only find out about after the booking is confirmed such as a $300 damage deposit. They explained that if any dishes were left unwashed it would come out of this deposit, even though I had paid a $200 cleaning fee. They were keen to get our money, but had no care for guests. There was not even a tea towel to wipe the dishes and the TV didn’t work because of remote control batteries being dead. I point blank refused to buy them batteries after the stress getting in. There is no flexibility and we had to take our suitcases to a storage place on the last day. There are two construction sites, one at the front and the other at the back of the property. The noise from these began at 7am and included Saturday. This was hands down a terrible experience and to not have any information given to get in was so stressful and ruined the start of the holiday. I do not recommend this place and caution you.

- Ramanathan (9/5): Great place next to the train station. - The location was great and property was clean. Some notes about where to find what, like the vacuum charger, would have been helpful.
- Mccombe (9/5): Superb - We had to contact the host on arrival as an email instructing pick up had not been sent. I called them on arrival and email was then sent
