• William (8/5): Very good - When looking for a property with more than 2 beds in Tamarindo, there were very few. This property offered 5 beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The condo was clean, close to downtown and meet our needs. It's a little dated, but that didn't really bother us as we were 4 brothers in our 60's getting together for some time together.

• Paula (10/5): Perfect 10 - La Buena Vida was the perfect choice! Close to everything but away from the noise. The house has all you need to stay confortable. All the appliances were functional. Confotable beds and clean sheets! The pool is amazing and well maintained.
• George (7/5): Overall it worked for our group and would stay again - Location, size for 4 adults 5 teenagers, rooms were private had 3 bathrooms, great pool, locked compound, good access to shopping, beach and groceries. Mostly quiet but it was New Years 2 Bathrooms were newly upgraded Main bed and bathroom excellent, 2nd bedroom was large but needs a new bed mattress. Main floor bedroom was very small with only room for a queen bed but mattress was good. We were there 18 days there were no staff and cooking utilities needed some help.

We weren't able to park near the property due to new road paving and rain and driveway was not built up enough for us to cross. There was only 5 beds, not 6 like the posting advertised. Apartment was not very clean. There was cockroaches and lots of other bugs. Furniture was very dirty. Beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Plumbing was touchy. Wifi did not work most of the time we were there. My son cut his foot on the shared pool steps. Tile in the pool was coming apart and his foot was scraped on the edge of a tile. There was not nearly enough towels for bathing, swimming for 8 people. There was no papertowel or extra toilet paper. The post advertised there would be free toiletries and there was none.
• Allison (7/5): Great location but the unit needs some attention. - Excellent location! The beach was a 10 min walk away & it was super close to restaurants, bars, everything. Our unit had a full kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook a meal. We didn't cook but it seemed well equipped. There was a large dinner table. They provided starter spices & oil if you were to cook. The bathroom shower was hot. They provided hand soap. Wifi was terrible. It never worked on the top floor & was poor on the bottom floor. Free secure parking ( behind a gate, in the carport) The owner was very nice. Living room was comfortable. The unit had a laundry & machine & dryer. AC was excellent in the two bedrooms Great pool. They have pumping issues- the pipes would pound on the walls with a loud clunk. The laundry machine leaked lots of water all over the bathroom floor. The master bathroom sprayed water over the top into the bathroom- watch where you put your clothes while you shower. No shampoo or conditioner One of the bedrooms has no AC We got trapped in the complex when it was time to leave because someone parked their car in front of the exit & we couldn’t get our car out.. We tried to get the owner to help us but she never responded to our messages. We had to bang on doors to figure out whose car it was.

• Eddie (10/5): It was amazing and I WILL come back! - Everything. The host was right there waiting for us at the door and was super nice and friendly! The location is perfect since it’s just a 10 minute walk from the beach and the bank is literally next door. The home is amazing and so beautiful and has everything you could need! The only, only bad thing was for some odd reasons the WiFi did not reach up to the second floor at all but it’s not a big deal at all.
