Meryem (1/5): Bad experience ever! - The KK mart it’s the only advantage here I was disappointed with my stay at this apartment. The cleanliness was far below expectations; the cleaning staff did not clean thoroughly, leaving my space dirty. Additionally, when I put up the “cleaning requested” tag, no one came, which was frustrating. This was a clear oversight by the staff and not due to any error on my part. The noise level was also an issue. I could constantly hear people walking in the hallway outside my room, which made it hard to relax. Overall, I expected a higher level of comfort and service, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations.

Kamili (1/5): Place does NOT match the photos or the listing - Nothing. Do not stay here! Hosts were barely responsive. The apartment was FILTHY. All of the couches were covered in huge stains. The walls were stained, dirty, and had knicks and holes everywhere. The showers smelled like mold. Overall, the apartment is old, dirty, dingy, and looks nothing like the photos. There is NO balcony, unlike what the listing said. We asked the guy who checked us in where the balcony was, and he pointed to the photo I took - what a joke! The host asked me to contact them via Telegram or Whatsapp, so I sent them some messages on Telegram - one of the staff members read it and never responded. The other staff member said he would check and get back to me, but never got back to me. When my partner and I checked in, we immediately left and went to a hotel nearby. This apartment is not fit to stay in. All of the other reviews are either fake reviews from the host's friends and family, or they are from previous renters who destroyed this place. Either way, this apartment is a 1-star property. DO NOT STAY HERE
