• sandra (9/5): Great location and cozy home - Having the house and the unit was fantastic for us. The space was excellent. Access to the beach was perfect after long walks. The outside tables and chairs and barbecue need attention and some love.

The lounge room was spacious with a good TV which allowed us to watch the winter Olympics. House had modern facilities. The clothes dryer was excellent. Communication was very good as well with very clear instructions. The unit attached to the main house was excellent with great facilities and an excellent ensuite.

• Sandra (9/5): Great base for which to explore Bruny Is and enjoy sundowners overlooking the Channel - Great location and views. Perfect for one or two couples. Well fitted out with everything we needed. Very comfortable and welcoming. The fridge was clean however had a strong smell inside.
• Joseph (9/5): - Great location close to the beach, very clean, bright new Unit, all kitchen appliances supplied Nothing really, a small point but three lock boxes to be opened to get all the keys. First world problem.

Only Queen Bed in House Fireplace Heater in Loungeroom didn't work Suppose to have been filtered water, dirty ceramic water dispenser on bench, with filthy cartridge Not sure how long since someone been there, but back outdoor area covered in leaves and toilet window was open, with dust all on toilet floor.

• Leitamae (10/5): Great Views and Great Accommodation. - The location was great. Being able to book both the house and the studio was great for us as two couples. The views were lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all we needed and more. Definitely recommend a stay here.
• Kara (9/5): We had a fantastic time and would recommend to anyone. We hope to come back. - The location and cleanliness. The beds were really comfortable and so was the couch. Often couches in holiday homes are not big enough or very comfortable but this was perfect to relax on. We also loved the bedroom in the annexe that included a couch and tea and coffee facilities. It was perfect for two couples, allowing us our own space. The frying pans were a little hard to clean after we had cooked some eggs and bacon.
• A (1/5): Cold, Uncomfortable Stay with Poor Service - House is pretty, and the furniture is well-curated. However, this does not make up for the overall discomfort and poor service. The property was cold and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Despite several requests, the host, Sarah, claimed that the owner does not allow the use of the fireplace, insisting that we only use the AC heater, which was ineffective and didn't provide enough warmth. Communication with Sarah was challenging, as she only responded to messages and was unavailable by phone. She appeared preoccupied with other properties and seemed emotionally reactive to our concerns. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with how she handled our complaints and requested better service, she accused us of being rude and asked us to leave if we were not satisfied. This response felt dismissive and arrogant, rather than solution-oriented. The stay was highly uncomfortable and I would not recommend this property.
• Shih-rong (9/5): sweet and clean!! and the location is very quiet even has beautiful view in front of your house - awesome view of the sea and sunset!!! And very tidy and clean!!! not much hot water supply for showering. One of the four of us doesn’t have hot water for showering
