• Carlos (7/5): Bien ubicado y amplio con ciertas carencias - Ubicación, baño, amplitud y techos. Utensilios de cocina muy básicos y colchón de la cama un tanto hundido. Caro.
• Fanny (8/5): Appartement sympa et conforme à nos attentes mais qui demande à être un peu rénové. - Emplacement comme on le désirait, dans un quartier sympathique et calme. Hôte très réactif et agréable. Accès facile à notre arrivée. Cuisine vieillissante, fuite d’eau sous le lave-vaisselle, heureuse de ne pas avoir eu à cuisiner. Banquette convertible pas très confortable.

Nos dieron la oportunidad de dejar las maletas antes de la hora de entrada Necesita un poco de limpieza y arreglo de desperfectos. El lavavajillas no funcionaba, en el baño luces fundidas, El horno, la encimera necesitan una buena limpieza

• SERVET (4/5): - Şehir merkezine yakindi Evde bulunan tencere tavalar temiz değildi. Hijyenik bulmadık mecburen kendimiz yıkamak zorunda kaldık ayrica tavalar çizikti, bu tarz durumların bu yüzyılda olmaması gerekiyor.

• Jordi (7/5): Bien, en terminos generales - El silencio, el espacio para trabajar y está bien situado, zona agradable. Limpieza bien, sin quejas. El baño podria estar mejor...especialmente la cortina...Otro punto a mejorar; la luz del apartamento en general es pobre.

• Clara (6/5): - Me gustó la ubicación, para ir al centro íbamos caminando y al volver cogíamos Uber porque ya se notaba la distancia. Cerca del Parlamento Europeo. Estuvimos en diciembre y cuando llegamos al piso estaba calentito. Eramos 4 y faltaba una silla en la mesa para comer. En la foto sí que estaba. No nos gustó que estuviera lleno de comida de otras personas y la cocina estaba un poco sucia. Se puede dejar azúcar, sal, aceite, servilletas que no habían, o algo de papel aluminio sería lo conveniente y lo que suele haber en otro pisos que hemos ido. Y la bañera tenía una cortina que no servía para nada. Te duchabas y el agua se salía y tampoco había una fregona Y lo mas importante que echamos de menos es no tener MICROONDAS, es un punto muy negativo.
• Giulia (3/5): - Only the price I arrived at the airport Charleroi very early in the morning( at 08:30 o'clock) on 1 th January. Check in was very late for me ( at 15:00 o'clock) but I cannot see this tip before booked the room. For this reason , lots of weeks before i wrote to the owner and we organized to leave lagguage at 11:00 am. When I arrived in Bruxelles it was very cold and windy and all kind of bar and restaurant were closed because it was holiday so I tried to contact the owner but she/he didn't help me . Fortunately I met the host who were just leaving home and they gave me the keys while the owner offended me on chat. It is the wrost accomodation I have ever stay. I've never met such a rude and unkind owner. He didn't show up for check-in or check-out, and most importantly, he refused to let me leave my bags, practically leaving me stranded on the street.

• Ana Luiza (8/5): Bom apartamento - Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável Vários produtos na despensa que podia utilizar , cozinha bem equipada. O site informava lavadora de roupas, na verdade o apartamento possui lavadora de louças ( o que é desnecessário) seria melhor colocar um microondas para aquecer alimentos comprados prontos.

The room was very dirty. There were cobwebs on the ceilings. There was also an open chicken belonging to someone else in the refrigerator. The curtain in the shower was coming off. We stayed with 4 people, but only 2 towels were left. It was very dirty and sloppy. The dining table was sticky. There was a strong smell in the room. There were other people's belongings. I bought it on the recommendation of Genius. Genius should work a little more diligently. Temizlik beğenmedim kesinilkle tavsiye etmiyorum

El tracte amb els propietaris ha estat òptim i han respost sempre amb rapidesa a qualsevol missatge. Caldria renovar i augmentar plats i coberts, i potser canviar el matalàs del llit. Molt tou!
• Natalia (9/5): Ideal - La zona es excelente, transporte y supermercado cerca, bien comunicado, y en la misma calle hay bares, pero es zona tranquila y no daba miedo volver por la noche. Se nota que es una buena zona. El lavavajillas estaba precintado para que no se pudiera usar. En caso de que vayan personas con movilidad reducida, tened en cuenta que se accede a través de escaleras sí o sí. No hay ascensor. Pero cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

• András (9/5): Good apartment for the price, highly recommended! - - Fairly good price for a cozy apartment - You have all the basic equipments in the kitchen - Cute decoration - Comfy bed, the sofa was ok as well for sleeping - Good neighborbood, mostly silent/calm - Friendly pub on the corner (Black Eagle Pub) -> good prices, good hospitality - Grocery store on the other corner - Big lamp to the bedroom (just 2 reading lamps) - Cleaning lady could double check the plates next time if they are washes correctly but it wasnt that bad.

• Francisco (5/5): Passable - The apartment was well cleaned and the towels smelled great. The host was responsive when we had an issue with wifi and all in all the apartment was comfortable. There was a problem with the shower head that made taking a bath there a terrible experience, and the toilet has a permanent hissing sound. Also, pictures show a washing machine which wasn't there.
