Guest Reviews
- Nicholas (6/5): With a little thought and better use of such space as there is this might be worth booking again, - Located in the busy heart of the restaurant district of San Niccolo (cue; kitchen noise) it is an easy walk along the Arno into town. The only window looks along a back alleyway. This is a cleverly cramped space, more hall and walkway (a covered sottoportico/alley) than a room with a bed jammed in between a raised kitchen area and the bathroom, both on platforms that constitute trip hazards for the unwary and leave no room for a bedside table. Despite three pairs of stools there are no arm chairs and no chance of sitting up at the kitchen bench to eat/ write or work. The glass cubicle for the shower is right next to the bed which would offer no privacy.
A wardrobe would help - there are no coathangers and I had nowhere to hang my business suit or dress shirts. In the bathroom there is no towel rail to dry towels and the loo is so narrow that there is no holder for the toilet paper that is left perched above the bowl itself.
- Athina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good nothing wrong
