Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

G (9/5): Superb - The veiw is breath taking and the photos do not give it justice, they are worth the cost compared to expwnsive hotels. The ferry being so close was also great. Great location. The room was cosy but updated and really nice and clean Aaah the pillows were terrible. They were so big and was impossible to sleep. Had I had my time again I would have contacted host straight away who were lovely and im sure they would have fixed it. The apartment building very run down but the room was updated and beautiful.

Sarsha (6/5): Nice View but would stay somewhere else. - The view and location were amazing. Convient ferry service out the front was the best The shower seemed to run out of hot water after using it for a very short time. We thought it was broken at first and it was very hard to contact the owner who has outsourced his contact line. The apartment was also freezing as there was a small very old electric heater provided that you practically had to sit on to feel. The elevators also weren't working at this time but we didn't find it about this until shortly before our stay.
Ute (5/5): Not recommended - No breakfast, apartment - View fantastic. Location, away from the city, ferry neccessary - expensive. - Complaints about defects in the room were not answered. The charged service Charge was not justified. - The use of the bathroom was annoyable: no hand shower and a ridiculous small sink. The whole price for the apartment was not justfied.
