• Martyn (6/5): A fairly good property, it could be great if some more attention to guests needs was paid - The location was great, close to Garibaldi and a short walk to Brera. The property itself was quite nicely decorated and was reasonably quiet. The mattresses in both bedrooms were incredibly uncomfortable, I like a firm mattress but these were just rock hard and I could not get a good sleep while I was there. This would stop me from re-booking what is otherwise a nice apartment. A few smaller issues - I stay in apartments in Milan a lot and this is it's the only place I have ever stayed where there was no coffee, water provided in the fridge, oil, salt, pepper, kitchen roll, etc. in the kitchen, there were only two tiny bottles of shower gel in the bathrooms. It boasted a washing machine and dishwasher but then no pods were provided for either. Not suitable for a 9 night stay and it was quite inconvenient to have to go to a supermarket to buy the basics during a business trip.
• Artur (10/5): - Ogółem było wszystko w porządku jak i mieszkanie tak i lokalizacja. Za duży pęk kluczy co mieliśmy problem z otworzeniem jak i z wsadzeniem i zamknięciem skrzyneczki na klucze. Wystarczyły by tylko do drzwi na dole wejściowe i do mieszkania. Mieliśmy też problem ze zlokalizowaniem mieszkania ale to moze nie doczytaliśmy z meila

• Kurkowska (10/5): Super apartament - Apartament bardzo nowoczesny czysty. Ma wszystko co potrzeba. Plusem są 2 łazienki co przy 5 kobietkach jest bardzo ważne. Nie było takiej rzeczy

• Kate (9/5): I would highly recommend the place. Italianway's staff support was really great and super helpful. - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our visit to Milan. The location is perfect, situated in a lively and safe neighbourhood that made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The apartment is beautifully maintained with everything you could possibly need, and all the amenities appear to be well-cared for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Milan. no complains.
• Никола (9/5): Place is great, but do your online check-in and read your email - Location is great, walking distance from Garibaldi train station and Isola metro station. The neighborhood is very walkable, there aren't many cars. A quick bus ride from Milan Centrale station. Inside it's very clean, spacious enough, and had everything we needed, including hair dryers, two bathrooms, more than enough towels, a giant fridge (very well hidden) and mirrors in all rooms. It has central heating as well as individual air conditioning in each room. The owners prefer to operate remotely, so they would much rather you fill out your check-in details online. That includes taking photos of all your IDs and yourselves, by sending the link so everyone can fill in their part. If you do that in time, everything should be fine and they should send you instructions on how to get in (check your mail, it could easily be lost between stacks of useless emails from Booking). Of course, we didn't quite get that experience. I managed to fill in everyone's details online, but could not take pictures of their IDs. I thought that it would be fine, because they can just scan them when we get there, like always. Right? No! They called us when we were still traveling to ask what happened with the online check-in and I explained that we could not finish it in time. They asked us to just pay the city tax in that case via a link, which I completed promptly. When we reached Milan, I messaged them that we're arriving soon, as I always do. No response. So I messaged them on WhatsApp as well. No response. I tried calling them. No response. I got worried that perhaps I've misread and check-in ends earlier than I thought - but no. We arrived at around 20:30. The listing says check-in is available until midnight. However, a long message we'd received from them gives two options for picking up keys - at the building until 18:00 (must be arranged) and at their office (again, located elsewhere) until 21:00. We were not sure why nobody's answering, but we thought that our best shot it to go to their office fast, before it closes at 21:00. Miraculously, just in time for me to cancel our Uber, they finally answered the phone and pointed us to an email they've sent after paying the city tax, which gives instructions on how to pick up the keys on your own. From there it was very easy. Just do the online check-in and check your mail if you're booking here.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - A good, bright apartment with a new renovation. The apartment is spacious and cozy, and the appliances are of good quality. The location is very good, there are many good restaurants around. The only thing to note is that you can't enter the apartment without internet.You'll need it to unlock the doors.
