• Rhonda & Robert (6/5): Very enjoyable location .Close to city and the Cat Busses ,cafes and restaurants. - the location was excellent Just a few things we noticed . Needs a bit of TLC .The white curtains in all rooms need replacing as on our arrival they all had tears in them .There is an uneven section of carpet which could be a trip hazard for others . Under the beds needs attention.

• Mark May (4/5): - Apartment was large and clean with good facilities Common areas were scruffy and unkept; the apartment is opposite a homeless drop in centre which means there was a lot of noise through the early morning from homeless groups; they refused to give us a second key fob because 'other guests had lost them' and only relented after numerous request and a phone call where I told them they would get a bad review if they did not give us a second fob. Whilst the lift and Spa not working was pointed out in advance in my view this only highlights the management malaise surrounding the property.
• Katrina (5/5): Our room was comfortable and met our needs but really needs a lift with fresh paint. - Initially it was difficult to understand the entry information, I didn't receive the email until almost on arrival. The lift was out of order the whole time we were there, so had to use fire escape stairs. The entry area and hall ways were not very clean. Quite a lot of noise from outside. On arrival we had only two bath towels each for 7 days, one had a hole in it and when we did receive more they were frayed around the edges. we also had to request more toilet paper and coffee satchets.

• Hugo (3/5): Les photos sont flatteuses mais je ne recommande pas ce logement - Le logement est assez grand. Il est proche de nombreux restaurants et bars. Le centre ville est à environ 1km, ce qui est donc assez pratique. Le bâtiment est mal entretenu et c'est également le cas du logement. Les moquettes sont tâchés, les murs ont des traces, l'ascenseur à des boutons qui manquent. Nous avons eu des soucis électriques qui ont fait sauter les plombs. L'eau chaude provient d'un ballon qui tient à peine 2 douches. Il y a un unique bloc de climatisation réversible pour tout le logement, ce qui ne suffit pas quand il fait froid. Les fenêtres sont mal isolées, nous avons eu assez froid et nous avons beaucoup entendu la rue. Il y avait plusieurs sans abris dans la rue à proximité et que l'on peut entendre la nuit en plus des voitures ou de la police qui a un bureau en face du logement.
• Amran (9/5): Superb - Location is fantastic, a 10 min walk away from all the restaurants and cafes, and just a bit more to city centre. And one bakery next door which was superb. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped. Lift up to second floor, so, rolling heavy luggage around no problem. Very responsive hosts. Slight noise from street outside, but only randomly.

• Sri (9/5): Recommended - It was wonderful. The apartment in central perth, really easy to getting around. The unit also fully equipped. Close to must try ‘guilty pleasure cafe’
