• Jade (5/5): Great location, great to have the golf cart. Wouldn’t stay in this particular apartment again. - Great location and a nice pool for the kids. Also the golf buggy being included is great! It was quite dirty on arrival, mouldy cushions, dirty tea towels folded and put away, floors dirty. And the bedding didn’t have that clean feeling as you expect for a unit on Hamilton Island especially for the price you pay. Silly me didn’t let anyone know on check in because we didn’t want the hassle for us and kids of someone coming through to inspect and clean it or have to move rooms so we just tolerated it. Lesson learned.

• CECILE (8/5): Excellent séjour - Taille de l'appartement. La vue mer, les kangourous dans le jardin! Lits très confortables. Cuisine correctement équipee. Lave linge et lave vaisselle. Buggy à disposition. Piscine. Le transfert vers l'aéroport trop tôt par rapport à l'heure de notre vol
• Clare (8/5): Great family friendly apartment - Great size for family with 2 kids, well equiped kitchen to cook good meals, ground floor great for kids to run around ans we could sit in the sun outside, buggy very useful, good laundry facilities particularly as it rained so much and we could use the dryer to dey towels and clothes. And good lockable flywire doors so can keep doors open but birds out! Nothing to do with the apartment, but the weather was terrible! Rained and rained.

• Trevor (5/5): the apartment was a little dear I felt due to the things I mentioned above - location was good, the apartment was spacious, it was quite with lots of local wildlife around. the apartment was stocked very well with crockery, cutlery etc and everything else you may need. Could only access the apartment through one door via a touchpad, we were unable to enter or leave and lock the patio door behind us as there was no key to lock it with. There is no Wi Fi available which I did not notice when I booked and I cannot remember the last time I stayed somewhere without it being included or available at least. It rained during our stay but there were no door mates at the doors to wipe your feet on.

• Cherie (10/5): An amazing 10 days spent here, fortunately the weather was amazing and will definitely be booking here again - Absolutely loved the location, it has been renovated with a few pieces of furniture different to their photos, love having the two balconies and you are only a few steps away from the beautiful pool area Would be really nice if they might be looking at Starlink in the future as no wifi which they do advertise

• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - The valet service and use of golf buggy, the apartment had everything you could need, including providing everything we needed for our toddler. Ground floor location great for our two very active boys, while still having an ocean view! Great communication from the letting agent. Nothing. We had an outstanding stay.

• John (5/5): Beautiful destination. We enjoyed our time but the accommodation left a bit to be desired. Don’t book this place with sm - Location was good Valet pickup at the airport Cooking facilities Gold buggy supplied (but you have to hire your own baby seat if needed) Generally not very clean and smelled damp/mouldy. The kitchen area smelled like fish for all of our stay. I found old prawns in the bin compartment. There was no valet to accomodate an afternoon return flight home. We were left to fend for ourselves with 2 babies and 6 bags. We were basically told we had to leave the accommodation and they couldn’t help us. Luckily the resort airport transfer bus accommodated us!!

• Cassandra (5/5): Passable - Bed comforter and some of the sheets on all beds were extremely stained and dirty. Horrible ! No other clean sheets available. Too many cockroaches on first day. Seemed to get better next few days. However, there was No bug spray available either. Very dirty with sand and grime when we pulled out the hide a bed. No broom or dustpan available. Main room and spare bedroom air conditioner very very poor. They are extremely plugged with lint and grime as well as lint hanging from the ceilings. Otherwise, location, size and pool are awesome.
• Anthony (8/5): We had a great time and there was heaps of room for our large family and we were comfortable and close to all the amenit - It was roomy and loved being in the ground floor. The pool and spa were very nice and very convenient for us. The location is excellent and having the buggy made it even better The linen on the sofa bed was dirty but there was clean linen for us to change the sheets. When we opened the sofa bed we had multiple cockroaches on the bed. We took the mattress protector off the bed when we left as it was very soiled as well. The fan in the bunk room did not work and the air conditioner did not work very well either.

There was a smoker in the apartment next door....he was smoking outside regularly which wasnt pleasant. We needed a recycle bin closer to the apartment.
• Samantha (7/5): Great location, reasonably priced, enjoyed our stay! - Location was great. Apartment was big and had everything. Buggy included was great. Couldn’t check in until after 3:30pm. Had to wait after a long flight with kids. Cleaners were there and didn’t appear to have finished job. Still dirty and a bit messy from previous stay. Yuck smell coming from hot water system entire stay and upon inspection alive maggot/larvae’s was at bottom of system. Remote for DVD player is lost, which was a bit annoying.

• Jenny (9/5): Very good - Ground floor location, spacious living area and master bedroom suite. Great big comfy sofas and great that one was a sofa bed No Wi-Fi and second bedroom a bit cramped for 3 kids
• Matthew (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great. Size of the apartment was great. Bedding was old and smelly. Single bed mattress was in very poor condition and sunk to the floor. Needs new crockery. No free Wi-Fi.
• Taryn (8/5): Great stay - The french man that met us to take us to the property and picked us up was great, very prompt. Not clean at all, sand, big clumps of dust in the sheets, old looking and needs updating of showers etc
• Meagan (7/5): We enjoyed our stay but would unlikely book this apartment again if not updated. - Spacious and good location Very dated inside the unit, needs a freshen up. Doona’s need replacing and they were all stained. Mattress on single bed was terrible, nearly sunk to the floor. Wardrobe door broken and all the crockery and cutlery old and needs refreshing.

• Catia (1/5): Bad - The island is always beautiful, the weather very nice, wildlife so cute , quite atmosfere. Don't go to Hibiscus apartment 006!!!! Dirty, old, furniture outside broken and Dirty, inside the apartment is smelly and full of mould, bed linen Dirty and old spots everywhere...mattress broken so unconfortable and dusty carpet. We opened the aircons and found 10cm of dust and other material...we opened the washing machine to wash bed linen and found mould and greasy stuff and rust all over the machine ..spiderweb from the ceiling and a very bad smell from showers that we could not breath at night time...bbq so dirty that we refused to clean up and use at all so we used that one in the swimming pool. The owner has been very rude when we sent pics of the disaster he put us into and refused to give us a refund or just say an Humble sorry for the situation as I'm pregnant and my son has lots of allergies. And we have been told that we couldn't enter the apartment till cleaning was done! He just proposed to send a cleaner back 3 days after our stay but we refused as we already cleaned the apartment on our first 2 days on the island otherwise we couldn't step in...and the agency offered a refund on the cleaning products bought on the island to clean the apartment. Even the buggie included in the apartment was old and broken seatbelt and nobody did anything despite multiple request to fix it! The worst experience ever on the island! We went there for our wedding anniversary as we got married on the island 6 years ago and had a fantastic experience back then as we were at reef view hotel but with kids this time we went for an apartment to have more room and outdoor space to enjoy..but I'll never make this mistake anymore.
• Rita (9/5): This is the second year we have stayed at the Hibiscus, only different units . I hope they give thus unit a bit if TLC b - It was right near the pool and beach , very spacious, kitchen well equipped and buggy is always a bonus ✔️ Location was great, inside needs a little bit of TLC . A coffee starter and a bit of milk would of been nice to have and perhaps a few more bath towels . The second bedroom beds need new mattresses and the light bulbs need changing, only the bedside light works,
• Christine (10/5): A wonderful place to stay, extremely enjoyable holiday - Brilliant Fantastic Amazing Well situated, use of golf buggy was a great help. Apartment was great, bigger than I expected, excellent facilities. Fantastic patio and garden area in front. Sat out every evening and watched the wallibies, cook aura and cockatoo. Very close to pool which was well set out, beach across the road Such a wonderful place to stay. I was very impressed. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again if I get to the Whitsundays.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Could have done with a folder on what was on the Island, restaurants, supermarket with opening times. A bus timetable and a map of the island. I was unable to access the QR code as I didn’t have Wi-Fi
• Renee (10/5): we enjoyed the ground floor with easy access to the pool, the driveway and the beach. Thankyou for a lovely stay - it was clean and homely and well located the sliding door is a bit noisy and locked me out one night once I had closed it behind me.
• Debbie (9/5): Excellent unit and a great location - Diego met us at the marina and took us directly to the unit. Unit was clean and well equipped. Golf buggy included with u it great ti get around the island. Another set of both bath and pool towels would have been good

• Samantha (9/5): Superb - Someone greeted us at the airport to transfer us to our accommodation. Free buggy included saved us from having to spend $100 a day to hire, they also provided a child car seat to install in the buggy. Space was really big with laundry and kitchen. We also used the BBQ. Pool and spa were not heated so we did not use them. It’s a bit of a walk down to the main road where the restaurants and marina are but the shuttle is close by and came regularly.
