Er dient een grondige schoonmaak te gebeuren. Enkele handdoeken waren verstikt,de vloer was vuil. Veel nachtlawaai en dunne ramen.

• Eva (7/5): Sentralt beliggende leilighet - Velutstyrt og fin leilighet med kort vei til restauranter og bysentrum. Flere matbutikker i nærheten. To soverom med bra størrelse, praktisk kjøkken med åpen løsning til stue Utfra beskrivelsen hadde jeg forstått av takterrassen fulgte med leiligheten, men dette var en felles terrasse for blokken. På kvelden var det mye støy, og en del situasjoner som var preget av at rusmisbrukere hadde tilholdssted i området.
• Larisa Enar (5/5): Beschreibung nicht deutlich - Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Alles war sauber. Nah zum Zentrum. Die Anzeige auf Booking ist irreführend was die Terasse betrifft. Die Terasse liegt 3 Stockwerke über der Whg und hängt voller Klimaanlagen und wird mit anderen Wohnungen geteilt. Das ärgert bei dem Preis und wie es angezeigt wird ordentlich, zu mal wir die Whg nur wegen der Terrasse ausgewählt hatten. Die Umgebung ist speziell, morgens liegen schlafende Menschen vor dem Haus und auch sonst wird mal viel angesprochen und um Geld gebeten. Die Decken die für kältere Tage zur Verfügung stehen, sind voller Flecken.
• Carolina (10/5): Equipamiento y decoración muy linda - Limpio, comodo, bien decorado, buena ubicación Si bien la ubicación era buena, cerca del centro nos quedo una mala lmpresion por la zona, mucha gente vendiendo y consumiendo sustancias prohibidas. Se que los propietarios no tienen nada que ver pero nos llevamos una fea impresión de la ciudad en ese aspecto. Las autoridades deberian tener mas controles al respecto
• Ylenia (3/5): - Scarsa pulizia dell’appartamento e asciugamani sporci, abbiamo richiesto degli asciugamani puliti mai arrivati , federe del cuscino rotte , la via di notte non e tranquilla, si creano gruppi e risse , sono arrivate anche le forze dell’ordine . L’ unica cosa positiva è la posizione nel centro storico .
• Nicole (7/5): - L aria condizionata non andava, quindi già dai primi giorni abbiamo dovuto chiamare e trovare soluzioni. Inoltre le mura e certi spazi non erano pulitissimi perché c’era della muffa. Il balcone c’è lo aspettavamo nell appartamento, si vede che non avevano letto bene, e purtroppo è accessibile solo fino alle 23

• Irina (10/5): exceptional place to stay - Very Light and bright, spacious, clean. Good location, close to the city centre. Bed was a bit too soft, but it's a matter of personal preference.
