• Gary (10/5): A lovely apartment close to the city centre and trams stops. Great for Gather Round! - Fraser was easy to contact on arrival and he stayed online until we had entered the apartment to make sure we had no issues. He then took us through the features of the apartment and was helpful with all my questions. The apartment was very well stocked with milk, tea, coffee and cleaning items. The bath towels were quite luxurious and very welcome. The front door had a normal lock and a deadlock and it would have been good to have a key to the deadlock as well to make it more secure. Alternatively, a door chain could be a second option.
• Nuttakorn (10/5): A high quality accommodation and great value for money - I am truly impressed by the quality of the property. The rooms are very neat and fully equipped with everything needed. The bedroom on the kitchen side is a bit humid, but given the window and well ventilated room, it is not a problem.
• Michele (7/5): The Apartment was comfortable & clean. A lamp in the lounge room is needed to eliminate turning on a lot of lights & - Property was clean, tidy & well maintained. The beds were a little hard. Needed a lamp in the lounge room.

There were 5 of us, 3 generations, and the flat was a good size for us all for 4 nights without feeling on top of each other. Maybe two keys instead of one? But we managed fine.

Close to public transport - we used the free city loop bus service to get around - but easy walk to the city centre. The apartment was well appointed, clean and comfy. Check in and out was easy.

Tea, Coffee, milk, salt, pepper and all cleaning and laundry products supplied. There is a washing machine and dryer. My bed was quite firm but I have a mattress topper on my bed at home so that softer bed may be just what I like. There isn't a lot of room in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The beds take up all the space but it wasn't an issue.

Within easy/comfortable walking distance of Rundall Mall for shopping, Botanic Gardens, Zoo and Elder Park - all of which we enjoyed on our visit to Adelaide. Well appointed, very clean, spacious 3-bed, 2-bath apartment with everything we needed. We cooked at home a couple of times and it offered a well equipped kitchen. Handy underground parking space. Look forward to staying again if it is available next time we visit.

The accommodation was outstanding, with a perfect location near many attractions in Adelaide, making it easy to commute from place to place. • Louise (9/5): Superb - Fraser's Apartment is perfect for our needs and we would def stay again. The location is perfect - a short 15min walk to Rundle Mall, and there are lots of lovely shops along the high street only a 3mins walk from the Apartment. A gorgeous pub on the corner with excellent food. So close but not too close to be noisy. The Apt is very quiet. Neighbours are friendly. Pretty easy to park in the secure underground carpark and I'm in a Landcruiser! Happy for all 3 of us to have our own rooms as it's s 3bedroom, 2 Bathroom on the 2nd level with lift and a lovely balcony overlooking the park. It has Netflix etc too and the chocolates and milk on arrival was wonderful as travelling with young children for hours, I needed a relaxing cup of tea and I had milk for their cereal in the morning which saved me going out. Thanks Fraser. Merry Christmas. We will be back in 2025. Cheers, Louise That we couldn't stay longer and that I couldn't get Netflix on the TV. Not that it mattered, we weren't often at the Apt and it was likely my fault for not pressing the right things on the remote.

The location was excellent and within walking distance to Rundle Malll and close to many of the city's tourist attractions. The person we communicated with to check in and out was fantastic to deal with.

• Filiz (9/5): A very clean comfortable apartment, excellent base to explore Adelaide city - The property was very clean and well stocked, there was plenty of toiletries in both bathrooms. The kitchen had tea, coffee and all dishwashing supplies, plenty of tablets for dishwasher etc. The beds were very comfortable. It is only a short walk to Adelaide CBD and there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant to deal with (note only dealt with them over the phone) Nothing, would definitely stay here again.

Also easy walk back after the PIN concert. We were lead to believe by the website that there was a pool but on inspection there was no operational pool.

Fraser is very responsive to our queries & acted swiftly to our requests. The free car park is located in same building in the basement, safe from the scorching sun. Totally enjoyed our stay there. The toaster & electric water jug may need replacement.

Didn’t appreciate this at all. Nothing wrong with property but cleaner wanted me to clean floors before I left !

Calling the owner was ok but a txt with instructions might be more convenient for both parties. Perhaps sending a txt with picture/map of where lock box is situated therefore not having to hassle the owner. (the owner was very friendly & helpful though)

• Lee (9/5): Adelaide apartment - Location, price and the way that everything that you need in a kitchen and bathroom was there, right down to little clip seal sandwich bags. I can't find anything to complain about. My only complaint would be I wish I found this place sooner , it's way better than other places I have stayed when in Adelaide.
• Lynne (9/5): Adelaide getaway - Unit was clean, and in handy position to city centre and restaurants.. We were a couple with 2 single friends so having 2 bathrooms was great. Lots of user friendly components kitchen wear etc. We would certainly stay here again. Lynne Do think the 3rd bedroom could do with a hanging rod in the cupboard and maybe an extra hook in main bathroom for the towels.
