Important Information
Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
The elevator replacement project will be commencing on the 3rd of June, 2024 both elevators will be out of service for the initial 2-3 weeks. After that, they will be working on one elevator at a time. Anticipated completion date is on Mid-May 2025.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- no air con but the fans were a reasonable substitute for the cooler weather we experienced

- Anouk (7/5): Stunning views across the harbour. - The view was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect with public transport (ferry) very close by. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook anything during our stay and we enjoyed the fact that you had multiple options of tea & coffee. The location of the apartment was very quiet too. There were a few things that I hope you can take on as feedback. When we arrived, the room was very musty and smelled as if no one had been there for months. We had no worries opening the windows, but the windows were quite dirty. There was mold in the closet in the first (larger) bedroom and a nail sticking out of one of the wooden hangers. The table in the living space has very loose legs, and could do with some tightening of the screws. Lastly, the bathroom may have been due to the construction, but the door is starting to disintegrate, likely due to the direction of the water spray and the doorless design.

With the majority of our business being held around Blue Point Road in McMahon Point we were able to walk everywhere.
The view from the living area and each bedroom of the Harbour was jaw dropping, only matched by the water side bench in front of the apartments.
