yumi (5/5): オーナーさんは親切でした！ - 広かったので快適に過ごせました。洗濯機もあって充実していました。 2階の宿泊者の足音がとにかく響くので、うるさかった。リンスインシャンプーだったのが残念でした。
Chiharu (10/5): 居心地の良さと細やかな気配りに感謝！ - 13歳と16歳の息子2人と一緒でしたので２段ベッドとソファベッドで 1人ずつのベッドがありながらお手頃価格でとても有り難かったです。部屋自体が縦に長細く広くて、私たちのような家族での利用に最適です。プロジェクターでネットフリックスなどが視聴できるので、息子たちは映画鑑賞を楽しんでいました。お部屋自体が可愛く清潔に保たれていてオーナーさんの細やかなお心遣いを感じる設備とサービスで快適に過ごせました。シャワー室とトイレは別でその間が脱衣所空間になっています。セルフチェックインやチェックアウトもキーボックスからカードキーで開ける流れを事前に丁寧にお知らせしてくれていましたのでとてもスムーズでした。上北沢駅から駅近で、新宿へは15分で行くことができます。 1階で道に面しているためカーテンを開けることはなかったですが観光で昼間は部屋にいなかったので全く気になりませんでした。
