• Michele (8/5): Great for young ppl that just want to drop luggage and go explore. - Close to a few restaurants- has a washer Couldn’t get any heat to turn on and it was cold - there’s no television so on colder rainy nights there is no curl up and watch a movie. The living room furniture is incredibly uncomfortable.
• Raluca-ana (8/5): Good value for money location, close to main point of interests, suitable for family with kids (not so much for more tha - Location 2nd bedroom is w/o door and have a shared open wall with kitchen. Towels not so white. I asked for an invoice via e-mail and I didn’t get any reply. A bit noisy as the walls are thin and main bedroom have windows in the street
• Tatjana (9/5): Superb - Late check in, keys are in a box on the doors, the password we received by email prior to arriving. We artived at the premises at midnight. Easy to communicate with owners via WhatsApp, very helpful, reply quick. Great location 10-15 min.walk from the park, vaporetto, 20 min. walk to Realto bridge and St. Marco square, 3-5min from local caffes, restaurants, local store. It took us 30-40 min to get to Murano, including walk to vaporetto station. 5 min walk to Arsenal where you can enjoy mornung coffee with warm piece of focacchia or wrap with proschutto and feta in the cafee in nearby cafee. Only 2 tea mugs and only 3 glasses for water or juice. 2 20cm frying pans no lid. Coukd do better with more cooking pans. Would benefit from blinds or curtains in the kitchen because next door flat's windows are close, can see who is inside. 1 single bed is ratger short, my son's feet were hanging uot he is 1m84cm high.
• Camie (10/5): Fabulous host and location. - Location was exvellent. Easy access to st marks and doges palace and also the ferry to catch everywhere. The host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us manage things with our disabled family member. Nicola was extremely kind and thoughtful. Very good little grocery store only a few mins away. Great thing about the lication is that you can walk to many main attractions and restaurabts and shopping without having to catch a ferry. Loved the place! Spare toilet paper for 4 people!
