• Guest (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - L' appartamento, ubicato in ottima posizione in zona tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile in auto, è nuovo, pulito e ben arredato, cucina fornita di tutto, letti comodi con ottimo schermo tv. L'appartamento risulta anche molto silenzioso. Comodo parcheggio a pagamento sotto la struttura. Se il parcheggio risulta completo, interviene Maurizio che vi raccomanda e si parcheggia comunque. Pittoresca e storica sia la scalinata d'ingresso all'appartamento che il parcheggio sotterraneo(ex stalla dei borboni). A piedi si raggiunge facilmente il lungomare con castel dell'Ovo, piazza Plebiscito, via Toledo con quartieri spagnoli. Maurizio è gentile e disponibile per tutto. Consiglio di mangiare la sera alla pizzeria Errico Porzio, sul lungomare a pochi passi dall'appartamento con prezzi buoni e pizza ottima. Per chi tiene alla colazione, non era prevista, anche se il caffè si poteva fare, ma a noi non importava, ci tenevamo a fare colazione nei bar di Napoli tra ottimo caffè, sfogliatelle e dolci tipici napoletani.

• Kaja (10/5): Wonderful stay in a comfortable, well-located apartment with an exceptionally hospitable host. - The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Naples. It's close to the coastline, a beautiful castle, and within walking distance of the old town and all the main attractions. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean, and cozy, fully equipped, including coffee to brew. I highly recommend this place. Special appreciation goes to the hospitality and kindness of the host, Maurizio, whose assistance during the stay was invaluable. There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about my stay at this apartment. Everything is worth recommending, and I would gladly return for a second visit.

Napoli has so much t - Immaculate, clean, comfortable, beautiful and perfect in every way! Ideally situated too with helpful 24h protected car park underneath property Everything was perfect
• Francesco (9/5): perfect stay. the host Maurizio is extremely helpful . - extremely well located, clean, quiet and well equipped. The bedroom has a small window which allows to air it well but there is no view. The advantage is that it ix exceptionally quiet for the center of Naples.
• Sayaka (9/5): New, clean and great hospitality - - new and clean - cute design - the host's father Maurizio was very kind and full of hospitality - the pillows were memory-foam and I could tell they were expensive - close to the sea in a safe neighborhood - this isn't the property's fault but visitors should be aware that it's only accessible by taxi or private car (the closest metro station is 20 min by walk and the bus No.151 is not reliable)
• Benjamin (9/5): A lovely unit, clean, comfortable bed, shower superb. - The unit was neat and compact with absolutely everything you needed supplied. The bedroom was huge and the bed very comfortable. The shower was absolutely superb, strong water pressure. A small unit but beautifully decked out with everything needed for a good stay. It was located in an old monastery and my husband and I love history so was a bonus. A short walk away from numerous restaurants and just a short walk to the sea. Lovely to stroll along this beachfront which we did daily. I also liked the fact that there were separate bins for recycling plastic, paper, etc - brilliant! Quiet at night so you could sleep well. Another plus with this unit was that one of the TVs in the bedroom had the ability to enable you to select certain programmes in English - you could change them with the romote. Fabulous idea. It is a lovely modern unit, clean, bed is comfy and it has a washing machine which is a plus if staying for a long period. Highly recommended. About a 30 minute walk to the main shopping centre. OK usually but it was quite hot when we were there and we got a bit sweaty walking back to the unit after being out all day. Unfortunately while we were there, there was a problem with the WiFi and there was no phone service at all. We were there for a week so was a bit inconvenient. Apparently the whole complex had the problem so not the fault of the owner. Unit is on the second floor.
