- Serhii (10/5): - Чудовий вид. Хоч була помилка в бронювання, але чудова дівчина на ресепції все вчасно вирішила.
Ідеальний сімейні апартаменти.

- Col and Andy (7/5): - It was a brief stay,we chose i t for the location . The view of the Colosseum was perfect..
Many good restaurants close by. The room was comfortable. A downside was little availability of a quick breakfast as most were sit down.
There is a taxi ramp out the front which is convenient.. Case storage is free, another bonus. Nowhere for a quick breakfast.
- Jason (10/5): We will definitely book this again when we return. The view is just so amazing and the location is perfect! - The Amazing view! In the evenings we would sit on the window seat and just stare out at the view in awe! There are a few steps to get your luggage up before reaching the elevator. There was no signage to say where to go once inside the door. We could everything from the guests in the next room.
- Sarah (5/5): Not worth the money :( - The view was amazing and general location very convenient. It was spacious for our family to stay. Initial impressions were good and nice touches with the toiletries and disposable slippers and robes. I was so relieved to see a clothes washer as we had been carrying wet clothes from the flooding in Venice. We loaded the washer and put soap but then realized the catch was broken. We reported and were told maintenance would come but it wasn’t fixed in the three days we were there. We had no choice but to hand wash what we had. If we could have even just used the dryer would have been helpful but we only got an apology for the inconvenience. I feel it has been like this a while from the picture. There was a lot of black mold in the bathroom that some bleach could clean away. In an old building I don’t expect perfection but this is a basic. It is also very loud, you can hear the neighbours next door and above all night.
- Frazer (10/5): Perfect! - Great location, nice and clean with friendly helpful staff
- Nick (8/5): - Location was great Could use a deep cleaning
- Симеон Цонев Цонев (8/5): - The location and the view are perfect! The walls between our room and the next one are almost not existing.
We could hear the breathing of the people next room.
- Jimmy (9/5): -
- Wiktoria (7/5): Once in a life time experience - The location felt like I was living in the movie! The staff were so lovely and the hotel felt really safe and secure. It’s also so easy to find (when you get out of the metro- just follow the pavement on the left, a 1/4 way of the colosseum and it’s the orange building at the end of the road) There’s a party going on at night, so you get a to listen to great music while drinking wine and overlooking the view at night.

- Darcie (7/5): - The location and view was extremely beautiful and central. Great working aircon. The concierge man was very helpful and lovely The bathroom needs renovating. There was broken tiles coming off the flooring. Black mould in the showers.
- Picariello (9/5): La vista più bella di Roma dal tuo letto - La posizione e la vista sono impagabili Il bagno era leggermente fatiscente
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Lucy (8/5): Amazing. Noisy but the view is like no other - The view was beyond amazing. The pillows are the best I’ve ever used! Finally some pillows that aren’t solid like a brick. Also lots of lovely restaurants nearby Very noisy. Maybe should have realised from the location. You can hear everything from the road. Unfortunately there was a festival nearby that went on until the early hours. So I didn’t sleep too well.
- Jose (9/5): Superb -
- Lynette (8/5): Very good - Great View
- Eve (4/5): Disappointing - Good location I recently stayed at this hotel expecting a premium experience due to its 5-star pricing. Unfortunately, what I got was barely worth 2 stars. The room was shockingly small—there was hardly space to open a standard suitcase, let alone move around comfortably. It felt more like a cramped dormitory than a luxury hotel room.
The layout made no sense. The closet was bizarrely placed directly above the kettle, which felt not only inconvenient but also unsafe. Basic amenities were lacking, and the room felt poorly maintained and outdated. Walls were thin, and noise from the hallway made it hard to rest.
The rate charged is completely unjustified given the substandard condition of the room and the overall service.
Save your money and look elsewhere. This hotel is riding on a false reputation, and your hard-earned money deserves better than this overpriced disappointment.
- Hassen (9/5): Superb - I loved having a room with view of the collesseum! This was my first time in Rome. It's a bargain price compared to Palazzo Manfredi. It has the same views and costs way less!! The safe in hotel room was broken and I had to tour the Collesseum, crypts, catacombs, and the Vatican museum, with my passport in my pocket.
- Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roberts (8/5): If you love an excellent view out the window when you wake up and have your morning coffee you’ll love this place. - The Location is insane! View out of the window is a once in a lifetime experience. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and polite. Everything seemed extremely outdated, our towels did not get changed once. Room is due for a makeover and I bet with the money this location brings in yearly it could be turned into an absolute gem!
- Egisty (9/5): Superb - Best location n awesome room Lack of coat wardrobe
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Flavia (8/5): Amazing view from Colosseum - Best view of Rome!!! Staff also super helpful The room is a bit small but not a problem
- Lee (10/5): Would recommend this property, great location for cafe bars and restaurants and a outstanding view of the coliseum - Cleanliness, restocking of the coffee and greet location Couldn’t fault the property
- Vale (10/5): Exceptional - The best view in town
- Ryan (1/5): I would look elsewhere. The view isn't worth the nastiness. - Great view, but the pics are old. The property is very run down and I imagine the pictures are made to look better than reality. The walls are filthy, the bathroom is filthy with broken tiles. Mold growing in the shower. The closet coffee setup is gross. A simple coat of paint would hide most the issues but they won't even do that.
- Melih (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nizam (7/5): Good -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Leanne (7/5): Great location - View A it dated but good value
- Alaa (1/5): Bad -
- Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional - Clean
- Artur (10/5): Exceptional - great view! it was the best view that i have from window in my life
- Minia (10/5): A view! - Excellent hotel, good location and service. A view of the Colosseum! The only complaint is that there were works under the window, but even that didn't bother us.
- Robert (8/5): Very good - Location Air conditioner was weak but it also was record high temperatures.
- Josh (8/5): aside from a few shortcomings & a relatively steep price, it was a pleasant stay - view
fridge
lighting within the room
very reliable AC & WIFI plumbing system
- Tom (1/5): They scammed me. They asked for a €100 pre deposit before entering the room that would be refunded within 2 weeks as lon - view was nice They scammed me. They asked for a €100 pre deposit before entering the room that would be refunded within 2 weeks as long as nothing was broken in the room (they never refunded it, and nothing got broken).
- Smith (1/5): Bad - Location Everything else.
- Sugriva (9/5): Superb -
- Viktoriya (10/5): Lovely place for Rome! - Location and the view were hard to beat! the best place to stay in Rome for sure! It is an old building and facilities were quiet old
- Mostafa (9/5): Superb -
- Sharon (8/5): A great base in an amazing location - The location and view were exceptional. The was a great base to have whilst experiencing Rome. Downstairs was cold so was chilly when getting out of the shower. The taxi rank is quite noisy outside. But we got ear plugs so that was fine.
- Liam (5/5): Luckily we didn’t pay full price, if the prices are high stay clear - the view of the Colosseum (even though we didn’t get the view advertised) We were put in a seperate hotel to where we booked and I had to get directions from a message.
Nothing dried in the bathroom so I had a wet towel for three nights
Very Mouldy bathroom
- Rodriguez (8/5): Very good -
- Rosie (4/5): Disappointing - On arrival we had no hot water for the first day. We were able to move rooms but only after a day of no hot water. The second room we were given smelt of damp and the bed’s mattress was caved in the middle which made for an uncomfortable night sleep.
- Benjamin (10/5): perfect location value for money brilliant experience - location was perfect couldn’t complain
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Amarjit (8/5): perfect for a quick weekend getaway - location was perfect toilet and shower were noisy
- Dela (2/5): unpleasant stay with this room. paid city tax and there don’t have change. - disgusting room with Colosseum View rooms are not soundproof. I can hear the other room talking all night. the view of the Colosseum is not magnificent. old room and does not worth the money.
- Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yoshihiro (7/5): Good -
- Deanh95 (8/5): Great views, lovely staff - Friendly reception staff, helpful and guided us showing us a map which he wrote all of the local hotspots and tourist areas. He basically planned a walking route for us which was great.
Great view of the Colosseum. Exactly as seen in the photos.
Rooms are dated and quirky but spaced well, there was a nook by the window to read with the view.
Very clean Not the most modern, old building with old rooms. But the view and the staff made up for it.
- Anonymous (9/5): Splendido panorama sul Colosseo, staff professionale . - Splendido panorama sul Colosseo
- Vertigen (10/5): perfect for all travellers - outstanding view. helpful staff. lovely clean room. well priced for its location. sightseeing bus stop over the road, takes you via lots of must see spots- Spanish steps/fountain/ pyramid/ Vatican etc. small supermarket (24hr) in the next road, pharmacy 10 min walk. lots of restaurants very close. full taxi rank outside front door. spent lots of time in the window seat watching the world go by. highly recommend.
- Brian (6/5): Pleasant - The view was amazing and the staff was helpful. I never got to actually meet the staff.
- Myers (10/5): Exceptional - Can see the Coliseum from your room. Staff was excellent. We arrived around 9 AM and no one was there to greet us I took about an hour to find someone.
- Kathryn (9/5): Superb -
- Евгений (10/5): It was a good place to stay - - A nice view directly on the Colosseum
- Just a good room for spending time in Rome
- Everything you need is in place: an iron, a coffee machine, a kettle, cabinets for clothes
- Everything is clean - Sometimes a strange sound from the plumber equipment in the bathroom
- Meri (10/5): Great ! - location! but noisy on holidays
- Meredith (10/5): our stay was excellent. the staff was friendly and helpful and patient - location was excellent. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. room was great-clean, quaint and just the right size location and structure
- David (1/5): The bathroom was filthy with mold and the service was the worst I have seen in a property - Location and view were great The bathroom was filthy with mold and the service was the worst I have seen in a property
- Kimberly (7/5): The perfect place for one or two nights! - Beautiful building with charm. The location was just amazing. The view from the room and the adorable sitting area by the window was just what i'd hope for. The room was very neat, stylish and clean. They provided coffee for the morning which was nice. The bathroom shower walls (floor was clean) had mold all over them and the plumbing is very loud. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. If your tall I am not sure you'll even fit in the shower. Several steps you have to bring your luggage up and down to get to the office. Elevator that brings you to your room is very small so if you have a big suitcase not sure it'll even fit.
- Jennifer (5/5): Passable - The view was beautiful and location was great! The lady working in the front desk was very helpful. They open at 10 if you need to drop off your luggage. No way to get in the building before 10, and a little confusing to get in. The rooms are old and need updates. Very noise as well you can hear all your neighbors.
- Ashley (8/5): Colosseum View, Good service, historic location - You cannot beat the view and - if you're there to see Ancient Rome - the location! Great service, very responsive staff. We had an issue with our first room because the AC dripped on the floor all night, but they moved us while we were touring the colosseum and the 2nd room was great! The pipes are very load when you shower or use the toilet, but it's an old area. Avoid the tourist trap restaurants nearby, in our experience, if they are standing outside drumming up customers, the food is not worth it.
- Anonymous (10/5): The view it’s amazing, the room it’s very clean, I’ll definitely come again I loved this place! - The perfect view to one of the most important wonders of the world. all was amazing
- J.d. (3/5): Great location. Awful hotel. - Across the street from the Colosseum. Staff only available for limited hours if you have a problem. Wifi did not work, either in the lobby or the room (different networks). They were unable to get it fixed, making it difficult to check in for our flight and buy train tix. The rooms have no HVAC, forcing you to leave the window open for ventilation in a VERY loud/busy area. A €3.50 tax pp is due on arrival, but they won't let you put in on a credit card and refuse to provide change. You have to go get exact change yourself. And the bed was very hard.
- Parid (5/5): Great views as expected - The location is excellent with an uninterrupted view of the Colosseum. The WiFi did not work. The air conditioner dripped onto the wooden floors inside the room. The shower has a very low ceiling (anyone over 6ft would probably not be able to stand up in it).
- Brooke (7/5): Good -
- Angie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kenneth (10/5): Feelin like a real gladiator - The view was unreal. And the front desk staff was amazing and very helpful! Would definitely return. It was all good.
- Medalit (6/5): so so - the view , I think that why is pricey the air conditioning didn't work for two night was terrible, was contacting the person keep telling me it was working earlier on top towels on the bathroom didn't got change from whoever was there before and it was soak in water on the floor
- Tim (6/5): Compromise between great location and age of building - Location (view of Coloseum) Plumbing, old building, smallish
- Andreas (7/5): nice view - Great view and location
i was ground floor and had a second floor under me, with bathroom and second bed(matress) very much noise, the taxis are in front of my window.
i could not find the hotel, because the building does not have the name on it, also not the bell or inside of the building.
the man who works there says it is forbidden to but the name of the hotel anywhere.
what is very strange.
you need to ask the people outside to find the building or call the person who works there.
wifi doesn’t work properly
- Donatas (8/5): Very good -
- Benjamin (8/5): Very good -
