- Aleš (8/5): Overall great stay, I would go there again. - The location near city center (many sightseeing just 10 minutes away). The place was clean, comfortable and the equipment was almost flawless. We missed just a few minor things (see the next section for details). Pillows on the beds were so stuffed that they was uncomfortable to use (too high, impossible to squash by just head weight) - half the filling would be perfect. No smaller light in bedrooms for evening atmosphere - just big chandelier. Small lamp at night tables would be great Last thing which rather surprised me - there was no corkscrew in the kitchen to open wine ... this one we could not comprehend.
- Paul (10/5): Apartment near Palazzo Pitti - The location was fantastic. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute after our original booking cancelled on us less than 12 hours before setting off. The staff were incredible. Very helpful indeed and able to answer any questions very quickly and efficiently which I have found unusual recently with apartments. I would highly recommend this very clean and well positioned apartment! The only issue some may find is the stairs, unfortunately there is no lift.

- Houghton (9/5): Really enjoyed the location. - The location was perfect. The accommodation was adequate. Proprietors obviously thought we would eat out. No plug or sink in the kitchen basin. Not enough plates should we wish to cook on site.

- Mirjam (8/5): Very good - The only bad thing was the very bad smell in the Appartement. I guess, it‘s from the severage, it stunks very bad from each drain ( kitchen, toilet..) so a Pity, all other things were perferct and we would turn again.
