• Anonymous (10/5): It was beautiful and amazing vacation - If you want relaxation, peace and beauty together, I definitely recommend it. Staying here was amazing, the house had everything for all your needs. It is a very well-kept house and most importantly, everything is designed for comfort. The owner is very attentive and helped us with everything. The house is located in a very good location, with a beautiful yard and houses around, there is parking, the settlement is isolated with a barrier. The shop was nearby and the beach. The house has everything, appliances, cooling in all rooms, all this is not common. We will definitely come back. There was no problem

• Alison (8/5): Nice family villa - The villa owner was very helpful and allowed us to stay later than the original checkout time with a toddler was very helpful. The pool was well maintained, and the villa well equipped Beautiful municipal beach close by. Excellent snorkelling from the beach Would return. Was a little further out from Protoras, than expected which we liked as it was quieter. Attention to detail eg light covers would make the villa excellent
• Barbora (9/5): Great place to stay in Protaras - We were there for the third time. We love the place, it´s really quiet and close to the beach. The swimming pool is perfect for our kids, it´s clean and warm. The rooms are big enough, the kitchen is well equiped. There is one bathroom inside and you can also use shower outside next to the pool. The blinds upstairs were broken, so it was hard to make it dark in the rooms. Also there was a water dripping from the A/C. If these two things are fixed, the house is perfect :-).
• Guy (10/5): Highly recommended. Great experience! - We stayed for a week (a family with 3 kids). We liked everything. It was really exceptional. The villa was well equipped, with everything a family would need, down to the small details. The host was very welcoming and was always available to answer questions we had. The villa has a private swimming pool and is just a few minutes walk from the beach. We rented a car, so it was very convenient to drive everywhere. There is a supermarket just behind the corner, but it was closed during the weekend and in the evening. There are many other supermarkets, a few minutes drive from the place.

The cooker. More basics needed e.g. enough washing up liquid, broom, fresh sheets after 1 week. Floor fan in each bedroom as a choice instead of A/C . Nothing serious.

Major holiday blues have kic - The property was perfect for me and my family, spacious and clean throughout. Perfect location, close to near by shops , restaurants and beaches. Our favourite beach was near the golden coast hotel a short 10 minute walk from the villa. Nothing, everything was perfect

• Pavel (10/5): Charming villa in a quiet location very close the the beach. - The host sent us detailed instructions on the day of arrival. The instructions included photos which were very useful. The host checked in with us the following day if everything was OK. If the 1st night was OK etc. This was much appreciated. // The villa has a lovely swimming pool that is in the sun pretty much all day which is really great. It is a stone's throw away from the nearest beaches. If you enjoy swimming in the sea, you will not be disappointed. The sea is mostly calm and ideal for long swimming sessions. We have rented a car but there is a little shop and a bus stop close to the villa so the car is really optional. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area so if you want to get away from the madness of Agia Napa and Protaras / Pernera, it is definitely a great choice. // The house was well equipped including the kitchen. // The area around the pool is well equipped as well with comfortable lounge chairs. The big outside table is a huge plus as you can spend most of the time outdoors. The foldable clothes drying rack is really worn out and should be replaced. :-) Apart from this, there is absolutely nothing to complain about and I do hope I will be back next year.
