Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

- Peter (9/5): Excellent - Location excellent with lovely view from balcony of the gardens and sea. The unit was clean and tidy and very well equipped. The location map was inadequate and needed more about how to find the entrance on Gowrie Avenue. The keys were difficult to manage especially getting into the block. The en-suite toilet occasionally stuck and needed to be manually fixed.
