Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Peter (9/5): Excellent - Location excellent with lovely view from balcony of the gardens and sea. The unit was clean and tidy and very well equipped. The location map was inadequate and needed more about how to find the entrance on Gowrie Avenue. The keys were difficult to manage especially getting into the block. The en-suite toilet occasionally stuck and needed to be manually fixed.
