• Amro (1/5): Bad service - I book and i reach there the never pickup the cal i have to stay over then 1 hours front of the door and no one answer me Bad service
• Debrah (1/5): Bad - It was a scam. It was a dangerous broken down building with the elevator buttons pushed in not working broken scary people. It felt like there was human trafficking going on. It was a fake phone number that no one answered and said it was Tesco, which is actually some kind of store you need to take them off your site. I don’t think I will trust Booking.com again.

• Faiza (1/5): Absolutely Awful - The pictures shown are too glamorous for this apartment. The bed in the lounge sunk in therefore had a bass nights sleep. There were no covers on the duvet and pillows making them unhygienic. The water was tepid in the shower. I would never recommend this apartment. The stairwell is filthy with cannabis smoking men. There was no WiFi and the hostess doesn’t answer your messages because she has her money. If I could I would want a refund. It is a total waste of money please don’t rent this! No Wifi No hot water in the shower No covers on the quilt and pillow which were dirty Blinds are broken No loo roll No response from the lovely host!!!

• Paul (1/5): 👎 - Nothing Kids vaping in stairwell, cigarette bits on the landing and window sill. No wifi as stated, tv did not work and strong smell of cigarette smoke in room. Also, no communication regarding wifi and tv when messaged along with the phone not being answered
• Richard (7/5): Good - Well decorated, clean appartement with 2 doubles and 1 folding sofa bed (although the decoration did not match the photo at booking). Heathrow Central only a short bus trip from main road (approx. 5 mins). Buses run from about 3 am onwards. Taxi found it difficult to find the address and the messaging with the owner was v poor and I must admit that I started to worry that it was a hoax. Eventually (after 10 - 15 mins hanging around in the street with my wife and 3 kids) the owner used whatsapp to provide the code to the keybox. The exterior of the building looked more like offices than flats, so misleading.

• Ewa (1/5): Bad - Nothing The most horrible experience in my life. No wi-fi, No towels, No bed linen, No bulbs in lamp, very dirty and hot in rooms, in wardrobe full bag with dirty washing, No contact with host, don't answer for messages and phones
• Samantha (1/5): Bad - The beds. The location to the convention we were attending. The size of the apartment. Being 2nd floor with no lift, I had to carry a toddler, the buggy and all bags up 2 flights of stairs. I am a severe asthmatic with mobility issues. The fact there was rubbish, dirty bedding and towels left in room. The TV didn't work. The microwave didn't work. The wifi didn't work. We received no cleaning products, toiletries or clean towels for our stay. Was given 2 phone numbers to call and an email address, if we needed anything, but no one answered phone /nor replied to texts or emails. Broken wardrobes. Tv remote found under sofa.

Stay away. - Proximity to the airport, comfortable mattress, nice spotlights, hot water for shower I've travelled quite a bit but have never seen such a terrible place. Both elevators are broken. The staircase is dirty. The hosts are slow to respond. The two phone numbers they provide don't work. The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The beds didn't have sheets. At all. One had a comforter, the other just pillows. The pillows had hair strands on them from previous renters. The mirrors were dirty. The closets were stacked with tons of bedding pieces thrown on each other, some maybe clean, most probably not. Mixed with dirty towels and blankets. There was no toilet paper. No paper towels or tissues or anything like that. The place could be lovely if cleaned.

• Fuller (8/5): Very good - Great apartment, clean and roomy. Good location Ideal for a larger party, great for me. Lifts didn't work. Stairwell was soaking wet and slippery due to sky line window being open. Poor comms with vendor about access to start with, trying to locate exact location of the apartment. No parking on site. Issue with lock box to gain entry. No basic tea coffee. Master bed to soft, other bed was firmer I should of switched.

• M (9/5): Clean and well maintained property - Good well maintained & clean property. It got all amenities. Location is great as walking distance to airport. Great if you are taking early morning flights. Nothing about property. The lifts to the flat doesn’t work.
• Michail (6/5): competitive price flat for 4 people near Heathrow airport - it was a good value for money to host 2 couples for one night. Very comfortable double bed in the bedroom. First of all the communication with the hosts was very poor. They only sent couple of messages via whatsapp, they never got on the phone to talk. They stated that if any assistance would be required, to not hesitate to contact them on couple of numbers they provided. They never answered to the land line and the mobile was off. Never provided wifi password and never replied to my whatsapp messages about that. The flat was in ok condition but the actual block of flats was dirty and both lifts didnt work. A set of boxer(underwear) was abandoned on the ground floor next to the lifts. The flat had no ventilation and the windows were locked not opening for fresh air. Other than that, I believe the value for £83/night for 4x people (2x couples) was a descent price.
