O anfitrião muito prestativo, se apresentando e fazendo contato 1 dia antes da nossa chegada, foi flexível com relação ao nosso pequeno atraso. O imóvel fica próximo à praia, à rodovia, restaurantes e mercado. Itapema está crescendo em ritmo acelerado. Então, muitas construções estão sendo executadas no entorno da acomodação e elas começam cedo, o que pode incomodar quem gosta de dormir até mais tarde, o que não foi nosso caso.
