Guest Reviews
- Olivia (1/5): Stayed one night - had no choice. Checked out the following day. Still fighting for a refund. - Nothing other than location. But there are plants of alternatives. It was Horrible. Unclean and damaged it’s the equivalent to shared student accomodation or a backpackers lodge. Utter disgust.
Do not stay here unless you are looking for dirty budget accomodation.
My family and I waited over 45 minutes for a key at midnight on the footpath in the cold. After waiting - I was then asked (after getting out of the Uber with luggage) to collect my key from a weird alternative address which turned out to be the property cleaner.
Just odd!
- Jumale (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carroll (8/5): Very good -
- Frances (1/5): Very disappointing - The location. The apartment did not have the facilities advertised. When I brought this up with the management there response was less than useful and they did nothing to rectify the situation. The incorrect key code was supplied so getting the keys was difficult as the next code did not work either. The kitchen had no knives, of any description, no kettle, no bottle opener, which made even making a sandwich difficult. The sitting area was bleak as there was no TV, the standing lamp had no bulb or lightshade, and there were nails in the wall but no pictures. The sofa faced an empty TV stand and blank wall. The balcony leading off the sitting area was very dirty and the door was jammed shut. Thus the balcony was unavailable. Two bedside lights were missing and there was no hairdryer. Even though all of this was brought to aircabin attention they did nothing and just gave excuses in the limited response I received. The carpets had large stains and the entrance floor was dirty. The check-in document was deleted from the link so I had to request information to return my keys, however not all the necessary information was supplied. They did not know that the key drop off place only opened at 10am. I would not recommend the apartment even though it is in a good location. Met two other people in the building who had a worse experience.
- Tamara (1/5): Bad -
- Jonathan (9/5): Very good and comfortable apartment. - Very good and nice apartment. Very comfortable. We had a pleasant stay. Only minor issue is that there's no parking available onsite. There's parking on the street but very limited availability for overnight parking.
- Tim (1/5): Will not use or recommend!! - Nothing at all. Had to collect keys from a different address from people that were disorganised, dirty walls, stained carpet, dirty windows, balcony door didn't open, rubbish under beds, had to reset TV and internet and generally very poor.
Advertised with a tumble dryer but doesn't have one.
Could have been given the actual address of accommodation instead of a general one.
The key needs to be able to be picked up on location, not 2 blocks away.
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaylene (7/5): Enjoyed our stay - Location was great, everything you need at your fingertips. Parking wasnt to far away and reasonable. Views were very beautiful and enjoyable, facilities were great. Bed was comfy. Not enough towels
Items found under bed from previous guests
Keys would have been better collected and given back to reception of building being there 24/7, instead of a small grocer blocks away.
- Lily (9/5): Superb -
- Joanne (8/5): Very good - Location was good for the activities we undertook.
- Frank (9/5): Superb -
- Michel (9/5): Truly a home away from home - the location was perfect for us. The area is quiet. and property access is very safe. It is handy to supermarket (in same building!), a nice cafe, a liquor store, and a stone throw from a tram station, and easy walking distance to National Art Gallery, Botanical Garden and all that South Bank has to offer.
The flat is neat and well appointed with good views. The appliances are good quality and there is a great selection of pots and pants and dishes; that was important to us as we prefer not to go out in the evenings and do our own cooking.
The place is not at all a building site as still depicted in Google Maps, it is fully built and functional and only a minor bit of landscaping and car parking not yet completed. And looks very very nice! The Internet was out when we were there, which was not at all important for us, and I am sure was just a glitch. And the fridge is a little snug in its space so you have to be careful to close the door properly. All trivial.
