Faisalalkahtani (3/5): - طريقة استلام الشقه نظام تراسل بريدي واتس اب لا تعامل مع أشخاص حقيقين مما يسبب ربكه وعدم استقرار لصاحب الحجز لايوجد تنظيف للشقق يومي أو خدمه رغم انه عند عمل الشيك ان بالايميل طلب مني دفع 75 يورو لخدمة التنظيف ؟ كل شي بمقابل مادي التكيف سي ومعاناة ولم يتم حضور فني التكييف وكل شي يطلبون عليه دفع مبلغ ولست معتاد بحجوزاتي علي هذه الخدمه السيئه وللعلم عند تسجيل الدخول عن طريق الايميل غير طلب صورة الجواز والهوية طلب صورة سيلفي ههههه الإجراءات مبالغ فيها ومعقد وعند وصولي الساعه 2 صباحا وتكلمت معاهم عن طريق الايميل والوتس أب لايرد علي الي بعد مرور ساعات طويل وايضا لايوجد مواقف للسيارت وهذي أيضا مشكله موقع الشقه في شارع ضيق جدا وصعب التعرف على المبنى لايوجد شي واضح وبسيط وسعل اسلوب التعامل مع المجهول مايستحق الإشادة الموقع ولكن أيضا يوجد ماهو مهم اكثر من الموقع التعامل بعد الحجز ليس على مستوى فندقي وأصحاب خبره سياحيا اعتذر عن الإطاله ولكن الحقيقه تحتاج توضيح واكثر لانه سفر ببلد اجني والراحه والاستقرار قبل كل شي والبلكون لا طل مكان مغلق وغير مفتوح

Fabianne (9/5): Great apartment, we would stay here again if we revisited Milan - The apartment was beautiful, lovely kitchen, beautiful finish. We found it had a lot of kitchen essentials so we were able to cook breakfast and use the dining space, which was great. The bathroom was great, great shower. The mattress was comfortable too. We didn’t like the pillows they were to soft and not supportive. We felt the central heating was to hot, we did turn it off at the thermostat but couldn’t turn down the bathroom raid.
