Nelva (1/5): greedy and unprofessional staff - NOTHING!!! I rented this loft for 3 nights...I communicated to owner/manager that our flight was delayed and that it was scheduled to arrive at 10:40pm. She informed me that a $25 fee would be incurred if I arrived between 10pm-12pm. I messaged her at 11:45 informing her of expected arrival time and when i got there at 11:53, she didn't answer the phone. I called and called until 12:15am. She didn't even bother to call me the next day about the 2 remaining. I had to book another hotel and incurred additional fees because of her negligence and lack of communication and professionalism. BEWARE, don't book here.
Henry (7/5): Well connected to the city, good neighbourhood. - Location and property are great, spacious and clean. Some noise issues maybe, neighbouring fitness club starts early with bodypump sessions. If you’d like to sleep long its a bit difficult. Also water boiler is pretty loud.
Evgeniia (5/5): Passable - Very nice location, quiet district, not far from the center of Milan. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is equipped well with everything necessary, much space for clothes. It smells very bad inside. The apartment has a persistent smell of cigarettes and dampness; all our things stank. There were many sharp corners on the stairs, the whole family was injured. Not for family stay. The apartment is dark, not as bright as in the photo. Sleeping like in a garage.
