Jessica (1/5): Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Bewertung, daher waren wir erstaunt und enttäuscht über das rundum schlechte Gesamtpaket. Ab - Die Nachbarin war sehr freundlich. Ich bekam einen Tag vor der Anreise gesagt, dass die Kaution per Kreditkarte bezahlt werden muss, obwohl das in der Buchungsbestätigung anders vermerkt war. Sie bekamen direkt ihr Geld und bestätigten diesen Geldeingang. Der Vermieter versprach, dass ich diese 72 Tage nach meiner Abreise zurück erhalten würde. Es sind Dreieinhalb Wochen vergangen und viele Bettelnachrichten meinerseits und immer noch keine Erstattung meiner Kaution. Immer nur die Rückantwort „wir kümmern uns“. Wir mussten nach unserer Ankunft eine knappe Stunde vor dem Objekt warten bis sie uns den Code zum Eingang der Wohnung verraten hatten. Trotz, dass ich Monate im Voraus den Check in mit Personalausweis usw. ausgefüllt hatte und unsere Ankunft bekannt war. Die Unterkunft war sehr klein und beengt. Die Möbel waren kaputt und standen nicht stabil. Das Duschwasser wurde maximal lauwarm. Die Toiletten Spülung hat nicht ordentlich funktioniert, sodass wir unsere Hinterlassenschaften anderweitig entsorgen mussten. Die Matratzen war sehr hart und auf der Küchenzeile krabbelten mini Insekten.
