- James (5/5): Good location property just needs a tiny touch up with maintenance - Location was good in a secure building. Close to bus and train stations as appropriate. The staff were polite and accessible via WhatsApp. Wifi was reliable and fast. I found the cleanliness overall good in the apartment. Generally some equipment is run down. The air conditioner struggles in the heat wave and makes a very loud vibrating sound every minute or so under load, which was disruptive during sleep. The kettle was plugged into a power outlet that didn’t While the staff were communicative, they didn’t resolve any issues independently. I had to push for my own resolution - the air conditioner , I had to push towards getting a portable fan to use and for the kettle the soliton was to have the kettle plugged in right next to the front door. It isn’t a big issue but indicates how maintenance is treated at the property. There is crockery in the apartment but could benefit from a restock as glasses are low.
- Iwona (7/5): The apartment was located close to central train station. It was decent. Sofa bed can fit one person or two small adults - It was ok. About 15 minutes walk from central train station. The sofa bed is small - not enough for two adults. I booked this place for four adults and bedding for only two people was prepared. I texted the host and the bedsheets were delivered next day. The instructions for the apartment were in Italian. It would be more convenient if they were in English. We could not make the tv work.
- Ozan (6/5): Tolerable.. - Internet speed and kitchen utensils were adequate During our stay, a plumber came to fix a problem but didn't finish the job, and the smell spread throughout the house. The address was difficult to find with luggage after a tiring journey, and the distances given were 10-15% further than on the map.
