• Casper (10/5): Awesome large loft in downtown LA with pool and hot tub - Great and spacious loft-like apartment in the heart of Downtown LA. Modern design and very large. Great sun deck with pool and jacuzzi. One of the best places I ever stayed. If anything - parking is not included. The check in en check out rules seem strict but in practice everything was fine.

• Putney (7/5): Great place, active area - The home was simple and nice. Loved the huge windows to sit at and people watch while having coffee or watching a movie was the best! Parking! Costs $45 to park a night with no guarantees. We'll my truck was broken into that night, so that sucks. Parked down the block for $30 and 24hr guard.

• Kapilbagrecha (2/5): Terrible and disappointing. Avoid it even if given for free! - Nothing what so ever Everything. Let me list few things top of my head: 1. No supplies - toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent, dish washer tablets, spare blankets, pillows 2. Property was insanely dirty. Our feet and shows were turning black by walking on the floor(floor was sticky too) 3. So so so noisy in the night. Vehicles all the time and if no vehicle noise, then there were homeless people shouting out on the street whole night 4. Parking situation was a mess. The pass didn't work and we were reimbursed finally after 1000 requests. In fact, hated it so much that we cut our trip short and left 1 day earlier than planned. We had booked our car and hotel for 7 days but because of cutting our trip short, ended up wasting 1 day worth of hotel and car rental. To be honest, only car rental was wasted for 1 day, hotel was wasted for all 7 days.

• Beth (8/5): Very good - Loved being in downtown. I used to live in LA area, but did not spend much time downtown. Front desk staff totally amazing. Loved roof view at night, glass of wine and a good book! Parking pass was expired, but owners were accommodating. I am not used to the street noise, ear plugs helped a bit. Glad I brought my French Press. I had no idea how a Nespresso worked.
• Jess (10/5): Fantastic- home away from home - Property was great! Such great ammenities inside the apartment! Everything we needed! Was great having washer and dryer! Even a hair dryer! It was neat, new, spacious and very “LA LIVING”. Even the security that manage the check in and look after the property were friendly and helpful! Unfortunately the area has lots of homeless. But expect that every where in LA! The security always are quick to get rid of them if they approach you outside the door!

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, stylish, and in the perfect location for exploring downtown LA with my family for the first time, the host made sure we had everything we needed. • Jonathan (9/5): Good value in a nice place. If you like to walk it’s close enough to everything you want to do downtown. - Location, layout, cleanliness, functionality Parking is a wee hassle. I don’t think they can change it, but having to run up, get the card and later run up, drop the card is unfortunate. I thought 4 was late for a check-in. Maybe shift the five-hour cleaning block so customary checkout is earlier on a weekday (10 instead of a 11) and checkin could then be at 3.

The location was quiet and felt safe while being in walking distance of some bars and shops. Pool area was wonderful and it was great to have parking included in the room rate as parking is so expensive in LA. Loved everything about this place and would stay here again. N/A- we loved everything
• Themistoklis (1/5): STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE - Unfortunately nothing The accommodation was central. but since it is in the center avoid it at all times.. there are too many homeless people around unfortunately and people who easily attack you for no reason.. the area in general is unacceptable.. especially if you have a family stay away.. we booked for 4 nights and from first night we got so scared and left.. we heard a lot of gunshots at night and police sirens.. one more thing to mention is that there is a lot of piping on the roof which is loud all night long. we couldn't sleep from it.. also something very bad is that the bedroom the only room has no window .. and finally while we stayed one night and paid for four nights they didn't even give us a partial refund.. it's not about the money but at least be aware that the place where your accommodation is located is extremely dangerous for every visitor..

• Carina (8/5): Great place - Great flat, easy access, great roof terrace and pool, good com’s with host. Great safe location. Only thing to note is flat isn’t really for two non couples sharing. There aren’t really proper door between rooms.
