- Margaret (5/5): Could have been much better introduction- was a great location. - Location was lovely Lack of adequate information - didn’t know it was two levels. Would not have chosen there! We were not given the unit number. Arrived after dark and street number proved very difficult to find. Had to ring up to find where and that was first we knew about the unit no. Then access code didn’t work so had to ring a second time and wait again for call back. We were very stressed by the time we found the place. Dishes not very clean. Washed everything before use. Upstairs was good Furniture downstairs needs attention
