Amber (1/5): Bad - Before we could get the key, we had to wait outside until other residents entered the building so we could follow them in, which made us wait for a long time. Once we entered the apartment, there was a musty smell, and the place was not clean or well-maintained. One of the bed frames was damaged, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
