O anfitrião deixou um kit de boas-vindas com biscoitos doces e salgados, bebidas, água, balas. A maquina de lavar fica fora do apartamento e com acesso difícil. Não foi possível utilizá-la. Mas fora isso, tudo excelente.

• Luka (9/5): - Apartmant is AMAZING for bigger grups of people to stay. Amazing,polite and reachable stuff. Location can not be better for every direction you go. There is also big living room with TV and other activites, coffe machine was full with the coffe beans and milk. All in general I will recomend everyone this apartment. Pillows were too soft,but it is optional it depends on the people who likes what.

• Anita (10/5): Tolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung - Tolle Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung! Wir haben eine Geburtstagsfeier mit Übernachtung ausgerichtet, dafür war das große Schlafzimmer ideal. Einzig die Couch könnte etwas größer sein für die vielen Gäste

Very comfortable stay and if we ever found ourselves in Munich again would come back. Missing a couple of key kitchen items like a decent knife and vege peeler. It would have been good to have instructions for accessing washing machine in welcome information.
• JESUS (6/5): - Equipamiento de Cocina muy completo. Solamente dispone de un baño. Ni el check in ni el check out facilitan las cosas a los clientes. A la salida no pudimos ni dejar las maletas durante dos horas, por lo que el plan de la mañana quedó fallido.

• Dr Amanda Plucinak (9/5): Wonderful stay for Oktoberfest attendees! - This location is absolutely perfect if you are attending Oktoberfest! It is walkable from the Munich main train station. There was nothing easier than walking out of the festival and across the street to get back to the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was inside the apartment when all the windows were closed considering how busy the streets were with festival attendees, which was great. The apartment has plenty of space! It was helpful that the host allowed us to store our luggage at the property when we arrived prior to the check-in time. A check-in time of 4pm is later than most rentals I've stayed at (most have been 2 or 3pm) and a check-out time of 10am is quite early if you are attending Oktoberfest the night before (most check-outs I've seen are 11am or 12pm). The check-in instructions mentioned to enter the main entrance/front door, which we expected would be the entrance of the building that's on the corner right beneath the apartment and accessible from the sidewalk - it's not there, it's down the street a little and you need to walk behind a closed gate (that you can move) between two buildings to get behind the building off the street to find the door. There is a small sign at the gate with the address, but with not being from the area it just would have been nice in the check-in instructions because it wasn't what we would have expected to be considered the front door when it was behind the building front/not accessible from the sidewalk.

• 達也 (10/5): コスパ最強です！ - きちんと清掃がされていて、清潔感のあるアパートでした。食器類が充実しており、自炊なども楽しめました。特にコーヒーマシンが備え付けてあり、朝飲むコーヒーはとても美味しかったです。もちろん食器も綺麗でした。ベッドはリクエスト通りに用意してくれていました。立地に関しては、スーパーマーケットや駅が近くにあり、利便性が高く、観光にはとても良い場所でした。困りごとや不明な点は、メッセージにて丁寧にご対応頂きました。 特にありませんでした。困りごとはオーナーがメッセージにて対応して頂けます。強いてあげるなら、トイレが一つしかないため待ちが発生します。

• Diana (8/5): A good place - Large apartment with everything you need, clean and acceptable all together. Easy access, easy parking, we also liked the coffee machine. One room is very big and has 9 beds. The other is very small and has 2 beds. Only one bathroom. Indeed soft pillows
• Major (10/5): Great place to stay and highly recommend. I loved how close it is to the train station, grocery store and shops. - Lots of storage and the espresso machine. The water container for the espresso machine was dirty but I cleaned it. It had a film that was hard to clean. Maybe a few more cooking supplies like a baking sheet. Other than that it was great.

• Niko (10/5): Great location apartment for XL groups - The apartment location is awesome for someone who wants to then visit the Oktoberfest location! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting with a large group. Having only one bathroom is a bit a problem for larger groups, but it is only a small point.

• lawrence (10/5): Neat, tidy, close to main station (and Oktoberfest grounds) - The apartment was nice and clean and exactly as described. The heating worked great, a real treat given we travelled from Oz and are not accustomed to the European winter and snow. Various coffees, lollies, and some drinks were provided which was a nice touch. It's almost completely perfect.. The pillows were waaayyy too soft, and I had to use 3 just to support my head and neck. But that was literally the only problem. Everything else was perfect

• Eldar (10/5): Хорошие апартаменты, все понравилось. - Большая новая квартира в удобном месте прямо в центре города. До старого города 10 минут пешком (1км), Вход на октоберфест в 100 метрах. В квартире шикарная столовая на 10-12 человек, кухня полностью оборудованная для комфортного проживания всем необходимым. Кофемашина с автоматическим помолом, чайник, посудомойка и т.д. Удобные мягкие кровати, новая мебель, все понравилось. Паркинга своего нет, но рядом есть несколько гаражей где можно оставить авто. (в среднем 30 евро за сутки) Не понравился только один момент, но очень важный. При бронировании было указано что в квартире две комнаты, в одной 3 кровати, в другой 4-5. Так как мы были двумя семьями, нам было важно чтоб каждая семья с детьми жила отдельно. В итоге в одной комнате была только одна двуспальная кровать, а в другой 6 кроватей. Из-за этого одна семья не могла комфортно проживать так как спали в общей комнате со всеми детьми. Повторюсь, это очень важный аспект, который испортил первые минуты нашего пребывания и из-за которого были серьезные споры и разногласия. Поэтому прошу указывать правильную информацию в описании апартаментов. Кроме этого вопроса минусов больше нет.
• Marlene (9/5): - Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, es wurde schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Nähe U-Bahn optimal um die ganze Stadt zu beauchen. Die Küche war für unsere Ansprüche nicht so gut ausgestattet, aber wir haben trotzdem gut gekocht.
