• Charles (1/5): Do not recommend - The location was close to the metro so it was easy to get around. Prompt communication with the host despite disagreement. We were very disappointed with our stay. Construction work started every morning from 8am, making it impossible to relax. The balcony shown in the listing was not as advertised, as it was blocked by scaffolding. There was no air conditioning as listed — only a fan, which we had to ask for twice, and we were told it was “cool enough not to need one" - We are from the UK so 28°C is still quite hot for us. The balcony door shutters did not work properly, leaving us with no privacy or security. The kitchen had no basic cleaning products (e.g. soap, washing-up liquid, sponges). We received notice of "renovations" less than 24 hours before arrival, leaving us no time to cancel or make other arrangements. There was no mention of noise disruption or scaffolding. Despite raising these issues with the host, no compensation was offered. They told us they did not need to offer a refund as the construction was outside their control. Overall, the property did not match the description or our expectations, and we would not stay again.
• Drabik (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, metro kilka metrów od mieszkania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Klucz cyfrowy odbierany jest kilka minut spacerem od adresu mieszkania. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo czysto. W budynku na przeciwko trwał głośny remont, jednak dla mnie nie było to uciążliwe.

• Guest (9/5): - As we arrived to the property, we loved the location and the scenery. The metro line (Rovereto) was in 2 minutes walk, therefore - easy access to the public transport. The supermarket and the pharmacy was also around the corner. The apartment itself was perfectly suitable for three guests. Everything was provided, along with the towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Furthermore, the host was of a great help. We arrived little early and were kind of lost, but she was on line as soon as I messaged her and gave us helpful instructions about check in details. Therefore, we would totally recommend this place. P.S. If we ever go back to the city, this is the place we are staying!

• Burrows (8/5): Really enjoyed my stay - The property was in a great location, just across the road from a metro station which you can access the city centre in 10 minutes. Very very clean and had all the basic equipment. The boiler in the bathroom wasn’t turned on when we initially arrived, and we didn’t realise this until we wanted a shower, so we didn’t have hot water for the first day until we manually switched it on. Coffee machine and electric shutters didn’t work.

The host sent us a video showing how to get into the building and the apartment. The beds didn’t have comforters, only sheets to sleep under but I think that’s standard in Italy, as well as the fact that you have to send them a picture of your ID.

• Kati (10/5): Exceptional - 😉Cozy, clean place with easy fast check-in! Extra-close to the Metro station, but also to sights nearby! !!! Make sure you always have internet connection and a charged device otherwise it would be tricky to get in the apartment🤪
• Anzor (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. Location is Great near to Metro Station,Rovereto and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the Milan Centrale and Duomo. Markets,Pharmacy,cafe and anything you possibly need is there. Apartment was clean with helpful and responsive staff. Only thing I would add is a little washing machine.
• Louise (10/5): Great location, everything you need for city break. - Apartment is perfect with everything you would need for our 4 night stay. Location is perfect, located next to Roverto metro station where you have easy access to the centre of Milan. We got the bus to Milan central from airport and used ‘stow your bags’ near by until able to check in to apartment. Host also messaged us with some local restaurants they recommend which was a lovely touch.
