• Tyler (5/5): The accommodation has great potential. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t a comfortable one but steps were taken by the - Good location. The bathroom and kitchen wasn’t as photographed so was mislead. When raised I was compensated although it did impact the sentiment of the stay going forward. The toilet was temperamental and didn’t work on arrival, eventually a permanent fix was made. The bath had a blockage so drainage was slow.

• Charles (9/5): Couple minor problems both easily fixed, perfection otherwise. - Location to the Excel Centre is a little walk of 5-10 mins but simple enough. Size, overall cleanliness and comfort plus ammenities available in the apartment were all fantastic. Minor issues. Bathroom sink functioned but blocked, would take about 30 mins for a full sink to empty; also meant cleaning it was difficult. Also previous guests had written on the dirty windows and it was still visible when we arrived.

• Stephanie (8/5): Good facilities and close to transport links. - Good location, close to DLR and 5-10 minute walk to Excel. Underfloor heating in bathroom and nice facilities. Carpets were very marked. Not many hangers in wardrobe.

• Jade (4/5): Alright but let down by cleanliness. Wouldn’t stay again. - Contact free check in and out. All the facilities you could need. Staff at reception friendly but sadly can’t help as room is privately rented out in the residential complex. Very close to excel and well connected with transport. Free toiletries. Easy to find from instructions but wasn’t told what room number was - only the floor. Had to chase the owner as I was in the building. Dirty walls and heavily stained carpets. Bath and sink in the bathroom don’t drain after use. No tea towel for the kitchen - was told when I enquired I had to bring my own. Bit strange considering a sponge and fairy liquid is included with the kitchen amenities… peep hole broken on the door so always open - had to tape shut as not safe for solo female traveller. Bed is very tired - felt springs in the mattress. Was advised I would be give a tea towel but one didn’t arrive.
• Anne (4/5): Do not recommend. - Spacious apartment. Not clean at all. The staff need longer time to clean this apartment properly. Found old food from a previous guest in the oven. Loud and noisy location. Very disappointed, and surprised that it had 9.0 on Booking.com.
• Jason (7/5): Nice apartment, near to the 02 arena which is why we booked for a few days break. - Decor was superb and very spacious. The bathroom was excellent, absolutely loved the shower. Patio doors and glass on balcony was absolutely filthy, it was the first thing you see when you open the door. The bed was terrible, I'm a disabled person and really struggled to get in and out of it as it was so low down, could really do with a proper sized bed. Bedside lamps didn't work. Couldn't get normal TV channels and the others were asking for me to sign in which wasn't very good as I wouldn't leave my details on someone else's tv. Not told about all the building work going on across the road. Could have done with table and chairs on the balcony as weather was really good. Could do with information on things to do and see, also how to get there.

• Jane (9/5): Highly recommend - beautiful apartment, great value for money - Highly recommend Khayat Homes - The Curve. Fantastic location, really close to the o2 for a concert we had but also very close to the train and tube stations. Plenty of convenience stores nearby also to get what you need. Apartment is fantastic value for money - balcony with great views, spacious apartment and very clean. Apartment has everything you need and customer service was excellent we could message with any queries and got a response really quickly. Thank you! Perhaps upgrade the bed to a divan base as it’s very low to the ground - still had a very comfortable sleep though!

• Che-andre (8/5): I’m pleased with my stay ngl very nice, me and girl we’re chilling for 2 nights we even went out both nights and came ba - Really n Truly, there ain’t no complaints apart from there ain’t no extra toilet tissue in the crib, but overall it was a nice stay you got everything you need and the smart TV makes sense! Along with all the other facilities. The fact there is literally no parking!! like bro in a house like this get parking!!

• Shania (9/5): Lovely apartment - Came for partners birthday. Lovely apartment, spacious and modern. Compared to most places to stay in London this is one of the best for price location and the actual apartment itself. Well equipped for a short stay, enough toiletries and cleaning products. Dryer and washer ideal. Thank you! Parking a bit of a pain but if it’s sorted before you go it’s fine. Wasn’t fully clear on how to check in at first but once in apartment everything run smoothly. Odd little things needs doing like blind in bedroom kept falling like it was to heavy and shower/bath doesn’t drain so well and marks on carpet in bedroom.

• Uyodhuka (9/5): I enjoyed myself. I travelled for the purpose of relaxation and rest and the house allowed me to have that. - I loved the balcony view from the sitting room and the bedroom. Very close to the Royal Victoria Station; literally a 2 mins walk. Very close to the London cable car; close to canary wharf; also easy to access the station to go shopping at Westfield at Stratford. The carpet in the bedroom had stains that were a bit irritating to the eye. Had to tune my mind off it and pretend it wasn’t there. The bed was also low and because we were not used to sleeping in such a low bed, it was difficult the first night. But after then, we adjusted. The water from the bathtub wasn’t draining out as well. However, I called the manager and he gave us a way around it which helped for the remaining part of our stay.
• Ohad (7/5): Construction noise and host attention - Nice, clean and big apartment There was only one toilet paper for a 5 day stay, there was no attention from the host. Far away from the center. There is a lot of construction noise near the building.

• Jade (9/5): Superb - Love the design and decor of the apartment as well as the location. Nothing that was unlikeable however the freezer was slightly broken and the sofa could be a bit bigger. Those elements are so minor that they could pass as unnoticeable. Absolutely love the apartment.
