- Beat (9/5): Ruhig, gehoben, bequem und sicher in Sofia - Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gross. Der Master Bedroom hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC, die 2 anderen Zimmer haben ein gemeinsames Bad mit WC und Badewanne. Der Standart ist gehoben und die Gegend sehr sicher. Die Nummer 31 ist fast zuhinterst in der Siedlung Maxi Residence. Zu Fuss sind es gut 10 Minuten bis zur Hauptstrasse wo sich ein Einkaufszentrum und diverse Restaurants befinden. Es ist SEHR ruhig und wir haben auf den Betten sehr gut geschlafen und werden sicher wiederkommen. Es gibt eine nervige Nachbarin, welche sich beschwert, wenn man auf dem Balkon normal miteinander spricht. Aber dies ist nicht so schlimm. Die Whirlwanne hat nicht funktioniert und im Bad riecht es ein wenig nach Abfluss. Aber dies sind sehr kleine Probleme.

- Emil Čonkić (10/5): Sve preporuke za apartman - Lep apartman sa 3 spavace sobe, ogromna dnevna soba. Svi uredjaji vrhunskog kvaliteta i odlicno rade. Apartman je uredjen da izgleda kao da ste kod kuce. Grejanje je odlicno. Za leto mozda fali jos jedna ili dve klime u spavacim sobama za decu.

- Галя (10/5): - Апартаментът е прекрасен, удобен, с перфектно разложение, което прави престоят страхотен. Има много удобства и всяка спалня си има своят уют и уединение. Комплексът е тих и спокоен, сякаш си далеч от градския шум. Паркирането също не е проблем, има достатъчно места. При следващ случай, бихме отседнали на това място със сигурност отново! Датчикът за шум е много чувствителен и няколко пъти получавахме съобщение, че сме достигнали нивото на шум. А телевизорът беше намален на безшумен, музика също не сме слушали. От нормален разговор между 5 възрастни ,без да се вика или повишава тон, беше изключително странно.

- Andrzej (10/5): Polecam - Ekskluzywny apartament na strzeżonym osiedlu. Blok dość daleko od wjazdu, ale dzięki temu wieczorem i w nocy słychać tylko świerszcze, a nie samochody. Łatwy dojazd do centrum. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz na krótki, ale też na dłuższy pobyt. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, jasne instrukcje zameldowania. W jednej z łazienek wanna z hydromasażem 🙂. Wokół bloku dostępne miejsca parkingowe.
