Jeroen (8/5): - Het onbijt de locatie en het personeel en de kamer prima en erg schoon We hadden 2 kamers geboekt en op beide kamers deed de airco het matig waardoor het niet echt koel werd (schatting 24/ 25 graden). Het is aangegeven bij het hotel maar was lastig direct op te lossen. (Daarom een 8 en geen 9)

The location could not be better - It was very convenient to be in the heart of the Old Quarter, but our room was still very quiet and comfortable. A highlight was the very kind and friendly staff! They were always so helpful, especially James who recognized us even after we’d left Hanoi for a week and then returned. It was so reassuring to have such a friendly face to help us out in the chaos of Hanoi!
Moca (10/5): Exceptional !!! - I stayed Lheritage Hotel in Apr 2026, every staff member is there to make your stay better. The breakfast will absolutely blow your mind. If you need anything from recommendations to extra towels, every single person there will go above and beyond to help. I wish we could have stayed more days! The location is amazing right in the heart of the Old quarter. I usually like staying at different/new hotels, but when we return to Hanoi we will be staying here every time. WILDLY impressed!
Dinh (10/5): A lovely stay in the old quarter ! - The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly. Major tourist attractions are very close and convenient. The breakfast is of course excellent. I would like to stay here again in Hanoi next time. They also upgraded my room for free, and I am able to relax comfortably with a late check-out.

We had a room with inside windows which was perfect as the hotel was on a busy street but we couldn’t hear a thing. It was lovely. Breakfast was great, good selection of vegetarian options. Located perfectly in the Old Quarter, this hotel offers more than just luxury; it provides genuinely amazing hospitality. The entire team is fantastic, but a huge thank you to Manager Mr Jame and Lisa Front Desk. Mr Jame leadership ensures every detail is perfect, and Lisas attention during check-in was outstanding. Most notably, the Halong Bay trip they arranged for us was seamless and spectacular! From comfortable transfers to the hand-picked cruise, the entire experience was hassle-free and truly unforgettable. Their expertise turned a great stay into a perfect vacation. The rooms are a tranquil, beautifully decorated escape, and the breakfast is a delicious start to the day. Everything is spotless and comfortable. If you are visiting Hanoi, this is the place to stay especially if you plan to visit Halong Bay. The personalized service from Mr Jame and Lisa made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Peng (2/5): 服务体验极差，强烈推荐避坑 - 就在还剑湖北边，去周边景点都很方便预订了三天小型套房，订单页面中明确标明了含阳台，到酒店却给安排的高级房(不含阳台)，找前台并且把预订单明确展示给她，前台坚持称就是这个房型，有阳台的当天已经住满了，第二天早上可以换(实际又等到中午别人退房)，并且没有任何补偿。另外在酒店预订的下龙湾一日游，也是被坑，80刀一个人，花六星级的钱，实际四星级的轮船，中途还给带去了购物店

The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained especially loved the water heater with consistent temperature and the comfy bed. Breakfast starts at 6:30am, which is perfect for early day tours to Ha Long Bay or Ninh Binh. Food was good, and staff from reception to housekeeping always greeted us warmly. Location is ideal, just inside the Old Quarter, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. Nice bonus with a mini gym and spa too. Would definitely recommend!

Shyrella (10/5): Outstanding Stay in the Heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter! - We arrived in Hanoi in Mar 2026 and were immediately greeted by the driver provided by the hotel. Upon arrival, the staff took our bags up to a very nice room, which would have been perfect. Beds are super comfortable and there are many updates to the decor, particularly the bathrooms. The staff here is fabulous. They helped us with everything we needed, including transportation to Halong Bay and great recommendations for coffee and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of fresh fruits, omelettes, western and Vietnamese dishes, fabulous soups and service. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Definitely easy to get around on foot and highly recommended! The room was clean and I had a very comfortable stay.

The location is perfect for the Old Quarter and the hotel itself is very pleasant and welcoming. My room was spacious and the double bed comfortable. The bathroom was also good. The breakfasts, which came with the price of the room, were buffet style and excellent. There were excellent views of the city from the dining area. The price of the accommodation is competitive .If I come back to Hanoi, I would definitely want to stay here again; it was simply delicious and comfortable!

Hotel is positioned perfectly - not in a loud neighborhood, but also not far from fun. It is very clean, comfortable and the breakfast is very nice. Just the windows, but maybe we didn't check the photos well. Windows are right in front of a wall.

Despite it being busy upon arrival, checkin was quick and efficient by Tham, who also gave us a run down of the areas we wanted to visit like the Lake, Train Street etc. Rooms modern, well equipped and the hotel is right in the old quarter where space is a premium. The experience started before we arrived with proactive outreach to arrange transport and check on preferences. The hotel in right in the center of everything in an area that is closed to traffic on weekends. The rooms are large and well appointed. We had a lovely sitting balcony with views of the Old Town. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a traditional breakfast of pho bo with egg, followed with yogurt and a selection of fruit every morning and all was delicious! We received great foot massages in their spa, which ended up being more like a half body massage. The staff were truly some of the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. They let us use the hotel facilities all day as we had a 9:00 pm night train to Sapa. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Licious (10/5): Exceptional ! - We spent several nights in Hanoi and used the Hanoi Lheritage Hotel as a base. The location is great, steps to the Night market and an easy walk to many great places to eat. The staff is fantastic and made sure our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was great and delivered promptly when we were getting ready to go out on a tour. Would stay here again.

Ulanniy (10/5): Excellent hotel location in Old quarter! - This is a great hotel. Right in the middle of easy access to most attractions. Vibrant busy street. Loved it. We stayed in room 701, top floor suite. Worth the extra cost for the best room. Spacious, lots of hot water, very nice linens and towels, kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Lots of choices with eggs and omelettes cooked to order. The staff and housekeeping was very pleasant and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Our room looked exactly like the main photo.

AbeReyk (7/5): Central and clean hotel, but poor breakfast and unpleasant experience with staff - The location is excellent and the hotel itself was kept very clean. I also found the bed to be very comfy. I was disappointed with my room’s layout. It had a basically non-existent window that looked directly onto a wall covered in cables. Furthermore, the soundproofing was quite poor and I could clearly hear the staff walking around and talking before 6:00 AM. The breakfast left much to be desired, especially if you prefer continental options. The selection was very limited, the steamed buns were frozen hard, and the donuts felt old and stale. The most uncomfortable part of our stay happened at checkout. The staff asked my friend to scan a QR code to leave a review and offered to "show her how to do it." Instead, they took the lead, pressed 5 stars, and published the review themselves. I refused to hand over my phone, stating I would do it later. It is a real shame because I likely would have left a relatively positive review anyway, but this behavior) which we found to be a common and pushy practice in many Vietnamese establishments) really soured the experience.

Upon arriving I was welcomed with a drink and snacks and given a room upgrade. The bed was huge and very comfy. Food was delicious . The laundry service was also very convenient. Ginnie (10/5): Beautiful place! - What a fantastic experience we had. Lovely, friendly staff who went all the way to give us an amazing experience. Cared for my daughter who was sick. Came to pick up our luggage when the roads to our hotel were blocked one evening. Beautiful room with good bed that became our little haven of calm to come home to in lively but hectic Hanoi. Whole family loved it!

Location - Just at the heart of old quarters, all the tourist attractions in the city is very easily accessIble. Staff- The staffs of the hotel were just amazing. They ensured that our stay in this property is a pleasant one. Everyone of them were very polite, helpful and cooperative. It want to specially mention about My Bui who had been guiding us even before our check in by helping us with airport pick up and every other necessary assistance required even before we landed in Hanoi. The breakfast spread was delicious with huge range of variety. Overall very good experience
Ilanit (10/5): Great location, clean and tidy! - Have been to many hotels but none stood out to me like Lheritage hotel did with their customer servicing. Every single one of their staff was proactive, friendly, polite and welcoming. Rooms were spotless, beds were comfortable, TVs were modern with up-to-date features. Will definitely return to Lheritage hotel if I come back to Hanoi.

Lindsie (10/5): Would recommend Hanoi Lheritage Hotel! - This hotel exudes luxury and is in a wonderful location across from the Night market in Hanoi. We felt pampered and cared for as soon as we walked in the door. Our dinner was phenomenal and our serve with great care of us. The entire staff at the hotel is attentive and nurturing. We are sad to only have time to spend 1 day here. Hopefully we can return someday!

Mushu (10/5): Service is above and beyond - I had an amazing stay at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel & Spa, and I wish I could have stayed longer! The hotel is located in a quite street in the Old Quarter, just a short walk Hoan Kiem Lake and many great restaurants. Despite being so central, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also noticed that the hotel is incredibly open to feedback. On our second day, we mentioned that we would appreciate more vegetarian options for breakfast, and the next morning, they had several options waiting for us. It was a small gesture, but it showed how much they value guest input. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well- equipped. At night, the street in front of the hotel turns into a lively street food market, packed with a locals and tourists enjoying delicious Vietnamese food. It was such a unique and exciting experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Hanoi!

Gianna (10/5): Unforgettable experience!! - Service was great and the room was super clean. Got a great nights sleep as well as since it was so comfortable. The people at the front team were very attentive me when first arrived they did a double checking of the room to make sure it was good. My luggage was left at another hotel and the bellboy kindly offered to go pick it up for me. He didn't ask for anything in return, just wanted to help. This kind of genuine service is what makes Hanoi Lheritage Hotel standout form other hotel.

The service was excellent – the staff were genuinely helpful and went above and beyond. One staff member even rode a motorbike to the market to help me purchase items I wanted to bring home. Its walking distance to most of the area for souvenir shopping, tasty food and drinking places. The receptionist is extremely helpful in all matter including introducing places of interest in Hanoi. The room is clean and comfortable. Big room. The breakfast is next level tasty. I havent even got to walk out to have local delicacy and I'm already having the best breakfast in the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Hanoi in the future

Location very good near a convenient and lots of food there. This hotel is super clean the aircon is so cold and can be adjusted. The toilet and well clean. Thăm was always helpful in offering to help us book further activities for our trip and offering local recommendations for Hanoi. Very clean facilities and good location in the heart of old town.
