- YAN (9/5): Fantastic apartment to stay at Bad Ischl. - Delightful apartment at centre of Bad Ischl. Very helpful host. Pillow and duvet could be more comfortable. Wifi was slow.
- Benjamin (10/5): -
- LQI KIM (8/5): - Great location, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and 7 minutes to the shopping street. The apartment is well furnished with cooking facilities. The bathroom has two heaters, which keep the room warm. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay.
- Paresh (10/5): Highly recommended! - The location was close to the city centre. The apartment was well maintained clean and absolutely beautiful. We had a pleasant stay. The small balcony kind of place with French window was like the showstopper! kitchen was also well equipped. dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, all necessary things were in place. bathroom was maintained well. check my wife's YouTube video from 'Meenaal's Art Yard' for 'Hallstatt & Bad Ischl' and you can see the video and description of the apartment. The address can be a little tricky to locate. But keep an eye on the blue building with protruding French window.
- Yanqing (8/5): -
- Dagmar (9/5): empfehlenswert - zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung
- PEI-FANG (9/5): - 房間寬敞,配備齊全
地理位置很好 五人房中的一間雙人房是獨立於公寓之外,房間狹小,無法放置行李
- Jinshu (8/5): Very good -
- Zheng (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Great location. Property as described. The only thing is the second bedroom That didn’t form part of the apartment we rented. In all thumbs up for the great location and the help given by the owner.
- Chiara (8/5): Very good - Amazing central location
Well equipped No complaints
- Hu (10/5): Exceptional - the location is pretty close to bus stop and train station. we stayed here for three nights and the whole facilities were full for use. rooms were the biggest i ever lived in Europe.
The host was super nice! and check in and check out time were flexible.
- Andras (9/5): Superb - Huge apartment, made us feel at home. There were not blinds on all windows, wasn’t dark enough during nights in the living room.
- Bin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thea (8/5): Very good - Great location for strolls through Bad Ischl and excursions to the wider area. The little extra bedroom is still very humid, window had to stay open during the entire stay, but there was no mold as was said in previous entries. Some furnitures and fixtures need readjusting, tightening of screws.
- Teodor (9/5): Superb -
- Fernandes (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent place. All facilities expected in a self service apartment were present. Including washer and dryer. The place was clean and comfortable. The host was nice check in was smooth and it was just a 5 minute walk away from the station.
There was a great kebab place and a pub just downstairs if you want to eat and drink closeby. The city centre and all attractions in bad ischl were a small walk away. Great place to stay when visiting areas around as well with easy bus connections from the station to St. Wolfgang, Gosausee and St. Gilgen also just a short train ride to Hallstatt.
Overall I highly recommend this place and would definitely revisit. Nothing really
- Anuradha (8/5): An excellent choice for a family stay in Bad Ischl. - An excellent location in the heart of Bad Ischl. Short walking distance to all must-do sights.
Plenty of eating options nearby from Breakfast to dinner.
Spacious apartment with comfortable interiors.
Helpful and friendly owner who handed us the keys and shared tips on the town.
Clean, large and well equipped Bathroom.
Well equipped kitchen for our basic needs. One bedroom is not actually part of the apartment but a separate independent room. To access the main apartment you need to use the house key. Room has to be locked separately. This bedroom, because it requires a key to access the apartment bathroom, has a WC and sink in the room itself. Right next to the bed without any partition! The room also smelt very damp. We did not use this bedroom at all.
- Yungman (4/5): It is not a two bedrooms property. - Good location. Half of the property - pleasent. The other half - a small bedroom with a lavatory inside the room. The walls - full with mold. It is not a two bedrooms apartment. The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room. This part is well equipped. The second room the owner offers is located outside the apartment. It is a small room with lavatory inside the room near the bed. The walls are full of mold. My daughter and her fiance decided to rent an alternative apartment nearby since they could not spend three nights in this "lavatory bedroom"
- Laszlo (4/5): overpriced, not for families with kids - The flat is in the city centre of Bad Ischl. Everything is in walking distance. 1) We rented an apartment with two bedrooms but when we arrived the owner said one of them is not available due to vis major (flood from the upper neighbour). He didn't notice us about it before arrival and moreover didn't even think about price reduction. Anyway, we wouldn't have used it as we went there with two kids and we wouldn't have felt comfortable leaving one of them in a separate room somewhere in the corridor. All in all, it is basically a one-bedroom flat, not fit for families.
2) Due to the flood mentioned above, the air was almost unbearably stinking in the whole flat and in the whole building as well. Fortunately, the weather was nice even in the night, so we could leave the windows open. Otherwise, I'm not sure we would have stayed there.
3) The owner was very kind and talkative when he gave us the keys, he talked a lot about things that were indifferent for us but we didn't receive important information about the flat and how things work in it (e.g. wi-fi password, trash collection, etc.). After 2-3 days, we got the wi-fi password from the upper neighbours (that apartment also belongs to the owner), who were tourists like us.
4) The bikes that appeared in the description of the flat were not easily available. They were in a garage some 2 kilometres from the house and so far nobody had ever used them. At least that is what I understood from a phone call with the owner.
5) The apartment was not clear. Fortunately, a vacuum cleaner was available, so we could hoover the apartment. Some towels were spotty, most probably because of the flood. The problem is that nobody (neither the owner nor the cleaning person) checked it, and we had to throw them to the bin right away (i.e. to the floor), and had to buy new towels.
- Marie (9/5): Superb -
- Natasha (9/5): Superb - A big place that has everything that's needed. A special old house with a sun balcony. A good coffee machine, all the equipment was in order, close to the historical center The house is a little old, there was a separate room for two of us with a toilet in the room
- Noboru (10/5): exellent! - We liked this apartment very much. It was clean and had everthing we need. We were a group of five from Japan. We worried before how we can get the key, However, When we arrived at the door, Mr. Maximilian also just was there and he gave us good introduction on staying the apartment. He is an old man (73 yrs,) but quite energetic and knowlegeable. We were lucky. The entrance and corridor/stairs was underconstraction. When we leave the apartment, entrance door was locked and we were in trouble. Fortunately, we could find keys in the box at wall. If we could not, this is a chilling story.
- Jitka (9/5): Nice accommodation in the center - The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, clean, the owner was helpful and pleasant. Second bedroom with entrance from the main hall, this is a bit impractical for families and groups.
- Barbara (9/5): One word is enough: Perfect!! - Beautiful big appartement, with everything we needed.
Amazing location in the Center of Bad Ischl.
- Michaela (10/5): Exceptional -
