• Aumann (5/5): Very disappointing - Not a lot It was extremely over priced for what it was definitely didn’t have sea views as indicated everything was very tied and in need of a face lift also the lighting out the front of the room was very inadequate and made it extremely difficult to find the room number.

• Ryan (10/5): Just what we needed for our trip - Spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed Steep driveway to the smallish car park and we had a trailer so made it difficult to park - not really a negative, just the only thing I could think of
• Steve (5/5): Our stay was ok . We had some inconsiderate neighbours that were noisy several times . They were shouting and arguinging - The location and size of the unit is great for us with two children The front door lock is faulty and some basic maintenance is required throughout the unit

• Asha (2/5): Location was central but is not worth the price. - Walking distance from shopping centre and beach Very run down, only two minutes of hot water, unclean, broken front door that’s obviously been broken into, exhaust fans don’t work and doesn’t match the photos advertised and no beach view like advertised. We also found empty syringe packets in the bathroom.

• Gertrud (5/5): Lucky it was only for one night. - Good spot, close to shops to do some food shopping. Very outdated and worn. Curtains just cut off and hung. No seams, flatscreen door no struts, and because of the wind because useless. Kitchen cupboards and drawers very damaged and worn out. Could feel the springs in the mattress. Carpet not clean and cobwebs. Overall too much money for value.

• Marion (8/5): Great location, good size unit - Great location No bedside lamps. Window sills needed a good clean. In the bathroom there is limited shelf space and the window sill was not clean enough to put products on.

• Heretothere (6/5): Brief overnight stay as scheduled to move on. Helpful host. - At the very last minute, we were not able to actually use this location, as previous tenants had damaged it. The host found us a replacement accomodation and I have rated based on that. WE were appreciative of the efforts the host in finding suitable replacement accommodation most effectively.
• Jessica (2/5): Avoid! - The new carpet and communication about arrival time was helpful. Everything else. Only the front room had been "renovated" the rest is extremely dated. The kitchen was falling apart & I wouldn't touch any of the utensils etc even if they were clean the cupboards & draws they were kept in were gross. Only the main front door locks & the fly screen security door didn't work & desperately needs to be replaced. None of us felt very safe. The photos on this one are not the same as the unit we stayed in. The price is crazy high for what you get! The bin still needs to be replaced. I wish I'd read the reviews in more depth...no idea how some people gave it 10/10!

• Ying (2/5): - the house care lady who's very friendly and tries to help us resolve the issue. The unit wasn't clean at all. The facilities were under the basic standard. The door locks were broken, and the fly doors were broken, too. The bathroom drain was stuck, and water couldn't go down. The first night, no one of us could have a shower at all. The toilet was stinks, the whole unit was smell like toilet. Almost facilities looked not hygiene or already broken, such as the bin lid was broken, the hair was on the floor everywhere, for example. We contacted the owner, but unfortunately, we couldn't swap to other units. I have used your website to book accommodations over the years. This's the worst experience with the accommodation. I am so unhappy and disappointed. I just can't understand why these poor accommodations can continue to be put on the market ? This's not fair for the consumers who paid the price but received such poor service.
• Paul (4/5): Just OK for one night stay - Spacious with comfortable lounge. Beds were comfortable. Dirty crockery and greasy glasses required cleaning. Shower drain was blocked with shower flooding. Needed clearing- horrible task. Primitive bathroom and laundry - needs a good clean. Original kitchen very tired and grubby. Trailer with smelly rubbish located below kitchen. Lacking external security lighting. Made movement at night a risky exercise.

• J (4/5): Disappointing - The host contacted us as soon as we found out the property was not clean. The kitchen and bathroom very much need a total renovation. The cleaner didn’t do her job properly, the carpet was full of hair and was not vacuumed. The bedsheet / linen were not clean with hair and stains. The shower drain was clogged up by hair. No aircon in bedrooms.
