• Kathy (2/5): Good location, room needs cleaning, clean bed linen, redecorating and sockets repaired - The location was the best thing about this booking I could not sleep in the bed as there were hairs from a previous occupier inside the bed and on the pillow, so I slept in my clothes on top of the bed which became very cold. Also one of the sockets near the bed was broken with part of a broken plug still stuck in the socket

В целом, если вам нужно просто место, чтобы в нём ночевать и завтракать, этот вариант подходит хорошо. Автобусная остановка в 5 минутах ходьбы, станция метро в 20 минутах. Недалеко есть неплохой магазин продуктов, хотя я предпочитал закупаться в торговом центре на станции Stratford. Имейте в виду, что в UK не европейские розетки - подготовьтесь заранее! Пододеяльник плохо держит одеяло - оно вываливается через дырку, там нет пуговиц или змейки. Это раздражало

I said I’m gonna stay here and I send them all evidence the company. - Hi, I just booked the Room number 20 Stratford Garden Room one I was spoken in the picture was nice when I go inside. It was very bad condition. It was so dirty mattress full blood mark in the mattress all towels was the Polo was so dirty I speak I speak the ladies back I said I’m not happy. I’m not going to sleep here and I send them all evidence picture video. How is bad condition and she sent me okay? Leave the property and we return your money and I and I sent them the video and picture proof as it is going to return my money it still be waiting. It doesn’t return my money and the same day same time I leave the place because why did dirty is who I was no spec to How put Good picture in their website and then when you go inside complete is you can’t sleep here here this is horrible. I need soon as possible to return my money please because already the ladies I speak to him his name Mary is she sent me is going to return the money back to me please I’m waiting for it thank you Because so dirty there was no any place Good I sent all evidence to back to company and the ladies name is Mary and I have all evidence. How was so dirty and old and full of mattress, it was a smell and dirty

Wish we had a spare pillow or two, as sleeping on one gave me neck pains but overlooked completely because everything was amazing and good for price.

• Vera (7/5): Cheap and decent place close to Stratford London! - Very close to a bus stop that takes you to Stratford (or a 20 minute walk). The house itself had all the necessities! Room was simple, but clean! Friendly neighborhood! The bed looked (and felt) very unstable. Was scared to move it, because the legs of the bed seemed about to snap any moment. Kitchen also was not very proper in a sense that the floor was cracked. It’s a dated place, but it’s cheap and gets the job done!

Turistlik yerlere gittmek isterseniz metroya binmeniz lazım o da 5-6 durak fazla değil Odamız rutubetliydi kokudan zar zor idare ettik oda kutu gibiydi 2 kişi zor dönüyordu oda da. Önceden çocukla beraber kalacağız demiştik yalnız tek bir yatak verdiler. Neden ekstra bir yatak vermediniz dediğimizde dalga geçer gibi veremeyiz dediler. Çocuk için bi yastık istedik dedikleri cümle şu dışardan parayla satın alabilirsiniz o hizmeti veremiyoruz. Mülk sahibi telefonları da açmıyor yalnızca mesajla görüşüyorsunuz kimse karşılamıyor da sizi. Çarşaflar hepsi lekeliydi. Kısacası pişmanlık bir yer önermiyorum

Uz vietas nav neviens, kas pieskata notiekošo. viena vakara blakus nummurina bija neforša ballīte ar zāles smēķēšanu.

• Cesar (10/5): Muy recomendable - Es muy cómodo, muy tranquilo, tiene lo suficiente para una estado agradable. Es un ambiente muy casero. Quizás, que la luz del pasillo común prende y apaga toda la noche, al parecer el sensor falla. Pero no es gran cosa.

• Chuks (7/5): - The rooms were neat. Having 2 toilets is great. The bathroom is big enough. Close to the station underground that will take you to the places you want to go. I didn't like the surroundings, which is untidy. The grass needs to be weed. One of the trees at the back of the room is coming in through the window. The front and back surroundings are dirty and need to be cleaned up.

• SVETLANA (1/5): Bad experience – room with bed bugs - I stayed in Room 3 on 15–16 October 2025 and got many bites during the night. I also found a small blood stain on the bed sheet. It was very stressful, and I had to disinfect my clothes and luggage afterwards. The room needs deep cleaning and pest control. I hope the management takes this seriously.
• Marta (2/5): Muy sucio. - La ubicación, cerca de la estación de Stratford, que comunica con aeropuertos y centro de la ciudad, supermercados cerca, centro comercial Muy sucio, muy abandonado, requiere mantenimiento y mucha limpieza. La habitación llena de telarañas, la cocina muy sucia, el aseo de abajo encharcado de pis durante todo el dia, el baño de arriba con la tapa del wc roto. En la planta de abajo se escucha demasiado los pasos de los que están en la planta de arriba. La habitación daba acceso a un patio que sería muy agradable si estuviera un poco cuidado.

• Shaun (6/5): Basic but fine - Very close to the Abba arena which was main reason for our visit to London No iron in the room, no TV. Hall light kept going on and off throughout the night which kept making me think there was someone in the hall setting it off

• Callum (5/5): Ok for a night on a budget, but needs small improvements - Easy to access the house and rooms. Double bed ok for a night. Room is big but empty. The shower was nice, small kitchen area. Easy location to commute from for studios or stadiums. Westfield shopping centre is a 15min walk away. In the room, the pillows were useless ( very thin) There was a broken fan in the room and a random chair, but there would be space for a small table. Lots of marks on the walls. The bathroom looks like it has not been finished, and there was not even a toilet seat fitted. ( did message the owner, but not sorted)

There were also bedbugs in the room next door and I was witness to this as the occupant showed me the next morning. The bathroom also was not great

Muitas vezes tem que pegar dois ônibus para se deslocar aos pontos turísticos. A acomodação é bem simples, não tem tv, ar...apenas um ventilador. Quando fui a Londres estava muito quente, então a noite fazia muito calor. Não recomendo.

• Alper (5/5): It is ok depending on what you are paying. I won’t go again unless i have to. - Bathroom was clean. There wasn’t bugs. Electronic locks were working greatly both on building and room doors. Floors are old and noisy. The building is too old. There is no sound insulation at all. If you are with your children, sleeping could be painful because of noise from other rooms. Once we woke up with weird screams and cryings from the adjacent room. I had to report them to the management. So, be ready strange couple having loud sex and making weird noises in the middle of the night.

• Jordan (1/5): Very disappointed, will not be returning! - Good location close to the ABBA Arena. Staff friendly and messaged me all the key information I needed to check in for my stay. Very disappointed! Was a little box room, no wardrobe, no draws nothing only thing there was was a bed, which was really uncomfortable, a fan and a chair. The shower was freezing cold! Left to run for ages and tried to change temp still nothing but freezing cold water. Bath has no plug. Very outdated and untidy place, location is okay for ABBA Arena, that’s only good side but the area in general is in a run down Area, with neighbour who shout and scream all night. I would be asking for a refund! The photos of the room online looks so much nicer but when you see it in person it don’t compare.

• Phillip (9/5): Fantastic place to stay - It was very clean and very comfortable facilities was fantastic you can make your own meals they're it had everything here pots pans frying pan cups plates and cutlery but not a big bowl lol for my noodles but was ok use one of their plates thank you very much for a great stay will come again when in area. The only thing is upstairs I had a couple which made a noise sounded like they were walking a manner 🤣
