• Diane (4/5): - Here is my review of your home. The beds are super comfortable and the bedding is very good. The neighborhood is very peaceful. There are, however, several points that prevent me from giving you a 5-star rating. The cleanliness of the premises leaves something to be desired. I already sent you photos of the BBQ. It was so dirty that we had to clean it inside and out before using it. We found a piece of dried cake on top of the refrigerator, which we left in place. The dining room fan is very dirty, as are the vents. Tiles from the suspended ceiling are falling in the smallest bedroom in the basement. It looks like there was water damage. The bottom of the basement shower is soft. It sloshes when you take a shower. It's probably moldy. The inside of the basement bathroom door really needs to be painted and isn't clean. The dryer hose isn't connected, which is causing heat to escape into the house. The pool filter was completely full. We had difficulty emptying it. You'll understand that I was very disappointed with your house, especially after the message you sent me about the shoes, even though the floor wasn't clean and the smoke-free environment wasn't designated, even though there were plenty of cigarette butts on the patio and in the exterior entrance. • Yanick (9/5): Un super séjour en famille! - Les lits sont très confortables et les électroménagers sont d'excellente qualité. La cour arrière donne vue sur un boisé, et il y a un accès à une piscine. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et la communication avec la personne responsable était simple. La maison est situé dans un quartier paisible, relativement près d'une épicerie, à environ 25 minutes de Presqu'iles Park et 50 minutes de Sandbanks. Il y a 2 espace de repos/salon, une table de ping-pong et des balançoires extérieures. La propriété comporte 5 chambres, dont une immense chambre au sous-sol, et il est possible d'être 10 personnes. Par rapport aux dimensions générales de la maison, la salle à manger est petite et accommode confortablement 6 personnes alors que nous étions 10. Certains détails pourraient être améliorés par rapport à l'entretien de la propriété (boyau d'arrosage défectueux, raquettes de ping-pong usées, etc.). L'eau de la piscine est devenue brouillée et ça a pris quelques jours pour rétablir la situation. La climatisation est difficile à ajuster (pour être confortable au rez-de-chaussée, il fait froid au sous-sol) mais fonctionne très bien.

• German (10/5): Good, nice and good price¡ - Great space for multiple guests. Rooms are spacious and the beds are supper comfortable.

• Rosalie (8/5): It was great to rent as a crash pad while visiting familly, but the heating was not working properly - The whole place was very well furnished and the kitchen in particular was nice and well stocked. Having sharp knives was such a boon for coocking! The two living room setup is great for multiple people staying all toguether. The temperature control was not easy to navigate and we were not able to set individual temperatures for the basement and the upstairs. This caused the people downstairs to freeze while the ones upstairs would over heat. Each group kept switching the settings back and forth unbeknownst the other during the night. This led to me waking up in the middle of the night to a vent shooting conditionned aire straight into my babies crib in the middle of winter! Having room or level specific temperature controls would be much more comfortable for everyone.
