• Lucille (10/5): Very comfortable and friendly. - Our taxi driver was completely lost. I called Guianni (the host) and he talked to driver to our location. He met us and assisted with luggage. He went over the apartment and made suggestions on sites, food, gelato shopping etc. He said to call him with a departure check out time and he would arrange a taxi and assist with luggage. Guianni made the experience so much less stressful than it might have been. It was a wonderful stay. We would rent again if we go back to Florece and highly recommend. Also the owner supplied two sodas, beer, a bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival. absolutely a wonderful idea and we were very grateful after of trip. The one room is very small...but well equipped unit.

Padrone di casa semplicemente FANTASTICO sia per gentilezza che cortesia nel dare tutte le informazioni per godere appieno di un soggiorno degno di nota.

L’accueil du propriétaire et ses conseils sont aussi appréciables. La cuisine et les salles de bain qui sont peut être un peu vétustes mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

• Dryden (6/5): Great location. - The location was wonderful, and the owners were very welcoming. It was an awkward layout. Parking was more expensive than expected. Difficult to find so more information would have been helpful for those not understanding Italian addressing (eg through the arcade opposite the shop with the sunflowers)

Best of all were the hosts, Gianni went outside of his way to help us both on arrival and departure! Can’t say enough about his concern for us, our stay, accommodating our arrival and getting us a cab on departure on a rainy day when no taxi’s were available. He took the stress out of our travels. • Denise (9/5): Exquisite apartment for exploring Florence! - Clean, beautiful and the best possible location. Wonderful snacks and wine left for us which we loved and the owner gave us wonderful recommendations. Everything was wonderful but due to the size of the apartment if you have four adults just know there is only a loveseat in the living area for comfortable seating. I recommend providing some large cushions for floor seating, which is more comfortable than a folding chair.
• Beazley (10/5): - We liked everything. The host was incredible. He took the time to explain how to use all of the things in our apartment plus he gave us tips and guides to go around town. He gave us complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine and made us feel totally at home and answered all of our questions whenever we ask or text him. He even arranged for a taxi. This is definitely a six star place.

The location is near the main Bridge and close to all the main attractions - The location is perfect.A small apartment in the center but it is facing to a courtyard so it is also super quiet . He maintained constant communication via WhatsApp and even arranged a taxi to the train station for our departure. His attention and dedication made our stay exceptionally special.

The elevator made getting in and out easy, and the air conditioning worked great. The host was excellent and gave us a great introduction to Florence with fantastic advice on where to eat and things to do. We were even presented with a variety of delicious beverages and snacks on arrival. A little bit small for a family of 6, there was not a lot of room to spread out.

The beds were comfortable and Gianni was a great host with wonderful recommendations for our short stay in Florence. Very well located, near everything we wanted to see. He also helped us to arrange an early morning taxi cab to the airport. I would stay there again. We loved everything.

• Peter (7/5): Perfect location, not very comfortable, overpriced accommodation. - The accommodation is very close to the center of Florence, just a few steps from the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge. A perfect base for seeing the sights of Florence. The apartment is well equipped, kitchen utensils and toiletries are available. The rooms are very small, especially one of the bathrooms. The shower is maybe 60 cm wide, and I could hardly move in it with my 92 kg. The door of one of the bedrooms and the bathroom could not be closed, the door jamb was broken. You could smell something unpleasant in the whole apartment (perhaps insecticide?), and the ventilation didn't help much either.

• Bernard (10/5): Perfectly located charming apartment near Ponte Vecchio. - Gianni welcomed us at the apartment. It was an easy walk from the train station through the charing streets of Florence. The location is excellent - very close to Ponte Vecchio. There were some complimentary drinks and nibbles - a very nice touch for the travel weary. Gianni provided very good advice about sights, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is compact which is to be expected being so close to the centre. Each bedroom has an ensuite. There was a kitchenette - very useful for preparing a light breakfast - and also a washing machine; very useful. Of course the main event is the charm of Florence. It's like an open air museum. This apartment is a great base to explore. Nothing in particular. The beds could have been slightly more comfortable but this is a small criticism compared to the multiple positives.

• Jennifer (9/5): Enjoyable stay! - The apartment was very comfortable for our party of 3. Appreciated the wine, beers, soda, water, snacks and laundry pods. The location was good. It was in a busy area near yet we don’t hear the hustle and bustle in the apartment. Not a complain but we found it a little strange that wine and beers were provided but not shampoos. Not a big deal, there was a super mart nearby.

This is the best laid-out small apartment that Eleanor, who is a decorator, has ever seen; everything that you could want was right there Gianni, the owner, met us outside the building at the appointed time (and waited for us, as we had an airport delay). We would stay there again on any return to Florence, and would recommend it to others. Nothing.

• Le (10/5): Exceptional - nice location! great space for us as a family of 3, certainly it can accommodate one more people. good bakery and supermarket around to get the breakfast. Gianni is very warm and helped around Florence.
• Little (9/5): Superb - Gianni met us with the keys and took us up to the apartment. There is a lift. He returned, right on time, to help us call a taxi and leave. He gave us many suggestions for food, and sites. The location is absolutely perfect! I was traveling with my grandson, 18, from Rome to Florence and then Venice. The second bedroom is small and the shower tiny. I would suggest putting soap holders in both showers. Everything was so clean. There is a washer/dryer. The kitchen had what we needed. There were many good restaurants downstairs and up and down our street. The apartment is one block from The Ponte Vecchio and one block from the Pitti Palace.
• Jennifer (9/5): Great location near Ponte Vecchio - Super close to Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. Elevator for my mother-in-law with bad knees. Complete kitchen, including dishwasher and fairly big fridge. Living room. Washing machine with detergent provided. Good sized balcony which was great for drying laundry on provided rack. Coffee table pops up to convert to dining table; chairs stored in TV cupboard. Two en suite bathrooms. Pretty quiet. Large bath sheets plus towels were great! Owner was very helpful. The 2nd bedroom, the bed is up against a wall and a tight fit, so getting up to go to the toilet in the night is a struggle. The shower in the 2nd bedroom is very small.
