- Tammy (10/5): Overall a clean and spacious home to stay in - Easily accessible lock-box. There are two major train stations nearby, Akabane for the JR lines and Akabane-Iwabuchi for the SR and N lines. Plan for at least one transfer to major parts of Tokyo but overall still easily accessible and peaceful. 7-11 and Family Marts are right down the street. Plenty of space for the 5 people that stayed here. Instructions to use the washer/dryer would be helpful.

- Javier (10/5): Great house if you don’t mind walking. - House was great, was a bit far from train station, this made it hard after walking all day.
- Mrmole (10/5): Roomy and comfy - It may seems that the location is far away from center but that is not the case. Near is metro station Akabane-Iwabuchi Station that is literally 3 minutes walk away. And Akabane JR station that is 10 minutes walk away. 30 minutes ride and you are at Shibuya and Shinjuku.

- Billy (9/5): The guest house was nice and complete with separate toilet and shower was great for us and nearby 24 hours convienient s - Bigger space compared to regular hotel rooms and with a common area perfect for family bonding. Foul smell at the entrance everytime we enter the house coming from outside.
